Karap Cafe — Restaurant in Yerevan

Worst breakfast experience I have ever had with staff called Narin. I am now leaving the cafe very unhappy with her attitude and service.

First she was not welcoming and seemed not willing to serve us. Shes does not speak English so I used google translate to ease the communication.

i ordered a French breakfast (she confirmed that it does not have meat after I translated the question for her), but after around 15mn if waiting she brought an English breakfast.

I told her I ordered a french one and she did not even apologize for her mistake and instead wanted me to just eat it. i told her I do not eat meat again and she became angry and took the plate in a disrespectful manner.

I waited for her to bring my order and after a while I pressed the button to call her but she did not want to come ( went to the next table ) I asked her if the order is being replaced and she said no.

I felt she wanted us to leave.

My question to the owner of this cafe: Why do you hire someone that cannot communicate and act like they are the ones that decide who can or can’t seat in your cafe.

A SHAME !

Ամենավատ նախաճաշի փորձը, որ ես երբևէ ունեցել եմ Նարին անունով անձնակազմի հետ։ Ես հիմա սրճարանից դուրս եմ գալիս շատ դժգոհ նրա վերաբերմունքից և սպասարկումից։

Սկզբում նա հյուրընկալ չէր և, կարծես, չէր ցանկանում մեզ սպասարկել։ Նա անգլերեն չի խոսում, ուստի ես օգտագործեցի Google Translate-ը՝ հաղորդակցությունը հեշտացնելու համար։

Ես պատվիրեցի ֆրանսիական նախաճաշ (նա հաստատեց, որ միս չկա, երբ ես թարգմանեցի հարցը նրա համար), բայց մոտ 15 րոպե սպասելուց հետո նա բերեց անգլիական նախաճաշ։

Ես նրան ասացի, որ ֆրանսիական նախաճաշ եմ պատվիրել, և նա նույնիսկ ներողություն չխնդրեց իր սխալի համար և փոխարենը ուզեց, որ ես պարզապես ուտեմ այն։ Ես նրան ասացի, որ այլևս միս չեմ ուտում, և նա զայրացավ և անհարգալից կերպով վերցրեց ափսեն։

Ես սպասեցի, որ նա բերի իմ պատվերը, և որոշ ժամանակ անց սեղմեցի կոճակը՝ նրան զանգահարելու համար, բայց նա չցանկացավ գալ (գնացի հաջորդ սեղան)։ Ես հարցրի նրան, թե արդյոք պատվերը փոխարինվում է, և նա ասաց՝ ոչ։

Ես զգացի, որ նա ուզում է, որ մենք հեռանանք։
