We visited Armenia just this year, spring time (March) . We booked and stayed in this hotel. Personally I liked the place and if I have a chance to go back there, I'll stay in this hotel. The room was quite good, the breakfast, the staff and most of all, the place. The staff are so polite and accommodating, they know what hospitality word means. From driver to kitchen staff. We tried there tours without guide just driver because I'm photographer. He drove/ guide us to those beautiful places that I need to shoot ( and I forgot he's name). The location for me was so good. Read moreTerrible experience. The hotel doesn't take credit cards, which felt suspicious. Our room had severe mold issues—on the ceiling, walls, and even inside the cupboard. The A.C. barely worked, and there were no windows in the room, making the humidity unbearable and the mold problem worse. The staff was rude and unhelpful, pretending like it was the first time they saw the mold, even though it was clearly an old issue. No refund or room change was offered, despite the obvious problems. The place wasn’t clean either—found black hairs in the room, and breakfast looked stale....
