Yerevan Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Yerevan

Well, I'm very disappointed of this hotel. A friend of the manager advised us this hotel for 3 guys (me and my 2 sons, 16 and 18) and dropped us there. We arrived at the reception and the lady saw we were 3 guys. She showed us a rooms with 2 good single beds and said she will put an extra bed. I was confident so I paid for the room for 2 nights. My BIG mistake !!! When we entered in the room we discovered that the extra bed was a small one for a 12 year old child. Of course, one of us didn't fit in the bed. I asked to the reception to have another bed. It wasn't possible. Ok, so what to do ? One of us tried to fit inside the bed but is was really not possible. So I went back to the reception. Reception told me it was not possible to refund us because the money was inside the machine. Really !?? Anyway, we had no other choice and had to leave. The lady found it silly but what to do ? She called the manager and she proposed us to rent 2 rooms. That solution didn't fit us, why do I have to rent 2 rooms ??? And we don't want to be separated. Clearly, the staff didn't want to give back the money. I find that unfair because we didn't book the room and we didn't use the room. The lady called again the manager and finally refund 50%... Why only 50% ??? Because money is inside the machine and it's not possible... Silly !!! And after another reason, I had to understand that they are not sure to Book the room again !!! Sorry ? Again, we didn't book the room and we didn't use it !!!||We left and found a very nice hotel with swimming-pool for 10€ less per night. Last thing, the WiFi is not working well and not at all inside the room. Never again. Look around, there are better hotels and...

My family and I have stayed there for 16 nights. I believe that this is enough time for everyone to understand the strengths and weaknesses of this hotel. Firstly, the manager of this hotel is a nervous and rude woman. She treated us very rudely from the beginning and he maintained this disgusting attitude for all 16 days even to my child who is just a 2 years old boy!!! We had booked a Delux Double Room (the best room in that hotel) but she gave us a Double Room with Balcony for the first four nights, which smelled of cigarettes all the time and had a poor air condition. After my constant follow-up, she changed our room and gave us a Delux Double Room with a short ceiling in the third floor. On the third floor of the hotel there is a water pressure problem, so that after opening the tap it takes at least ten seconds for water to come out of the tap. This is especially annoying when you are taking a shower.||It should be mentioned that, this hotel has some positive points, which are: 1-The two employees there, named Arek and Lucy, are reasonable and helpful people. Particularly, Arek who was very friendly to me and others. 2- There are a good park, two pharmacies and an exchange office in the vicinity of the hotel. 3- In the basement of this hotel there is a small kitchen that can be used for cooking.||||In the end, I do not recommend this hotel for long...

The hotel is located within walking distance (15 minutes) of downtown and the main attractions and has plenty of places to eat nearby (restaurants and a grocery store). Staff is very nice.||The room is clean and comfortable. We had a deluxe for the first night and although it was very similar to the standard the difference in size did make it more comfortable.||My only complaint is the time breakfast starts: 8:30!!! It's really late especially if you, like us, have a tour. Most start early and every day we were there we had to grab something quick and rush. It's a pity because the breakfast was very varied and everything was really delicious. The lady who cooks, even though she doesn't speak English, is incredibly nice and her food is very, very good.||Everything was comfortable, just please start...
