On several revisits after, I have to comment on how the take out orders have been mishandled twice

Arrived mins after confirmed time with the lady saying she either forgot or the order hasn’t been prepared yet. Quite disappointing experience where I had to wait more than 10 mins on each occasion being on a tight schedule in between jobs.

I have updated from 5 stars to only 3 due to lack of consistency. I hope they start taking things a bit more seriously and be a bit more apologetic about the whole situation.

Revisiting: After a while ( a year later) decided to order from them again via uber eats. Second and third photos attached. Ordered Bhagali polo. Seems like the chef dropped the whole tub of dry dills into the rice and didn’t bother to make another. Was so bad, I ended up chucking it away. Very disappointing given that their rating on uber eats is 4.5 yet they feel it’s ok to send this kind of food to customers. Soup was mostly oil as well which went straight down the drain. Never ever ordering here again!

Personal + Group opinion turned out to be the same that its just an average restaurant. Maybe because its newly opened, but something was really missing. The quantity of the food was really good and the Addiction special rice and kebab was okay as well. It still missed the aroma and flavors though. The curry and rice was just average. Felt bland and missed out on proper flavors is what we felt. The tea we had was not authentic as well. It tasted more like hot water and missed out on the authentic Afghan black tea. Very delicious food I recommend the Ghormeh Sabzi and all the kebab dishes, they’re packed with authentic flavours and succulent meat, the rice is very warm and fresh! The fresh naan has to be one of the nicest I’ve ever had at a restaurant it’s served to you so fresh, warm and mouth watering!! You cannot go wrong with any of the dishes you choose at this restaurant!! The customer service is also amazing, very nice owners and employees, food is served on time and early!
