Disgusting. Came here to try out their famous shir yakh and was unpleasantly surprised with a little gift. A PUBE. I had eaten about half of my shir yakh dish and suddenly I noticed a thick, black and curly strand of genital hair. I was mortified. I immediately requested assistance from one of the female staff members. She pulled the pube out infront of me and handed me back my bowl. Disgusting. Is it not common sense to provide the customer a refund or remake a new dish worth the same price? Is there no respect for customers and their deserved quality of customer service left? I was devastated at the fact that I had to explain basic human decency and the Australian food standard code 3.2 2. The female employee was confused and could not speak clearly which made it even more difficult. They refused me a refund and did not even apologise for their unhygienic mistake. Never returning here again. Do NOT recommend unless you enjoy consuming pubes...

Once the owner was bringing pomegranate juice and it fell off from his hand to the floor and every where including all of our clothes was red, we just went back to change our clothes and we said it’s ok it can happens to all of us Last night I went with my kids and mango juice fell off from my one year old hand to the floor and I said sorry I’ll clean it by myself but he was so rude and said why did you give juice to your son!!! I try to not go there again
