Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with tender chicken, gooey melted cheese, and a perfectly seasoned tomato sauce sandwiched between two slices of pillowy focaccia bread. It was a culinary masterpiece that left my taste buds dancing with joy.

4 of us on a table. 3 salads, 1 burger, I small chips. We waited 50 minutes for our food to be served. The first meal came out and there was a 10-15 minute gap until the last meal came out. Chips were drowning in salt. Lamb was over cooked and hard. I asked to speak with a manager and none of the front of house staff would call for the manager. The young lady who served us asked what the issue was. I explained our wait times and that we were still waiting for meals.The entire time we were waiting for our food many had come and gone having already been served their food. I explained our lunch break was almost over and we would not get to enjoy our meal. The girl did not care, we were not given an appplogy. Only told the rest of our food would be another 5 minutes which turned out to be another 15 minutes between our first meal being served and the last one.

Unacceptable when you have an hour for lunch. Needless to say, my friends and I will not be recommending, now returning to Argos...

This is a great place - the atmosphere is friendly, the location is good, the staff are smiling and personable, the music is great. Ordered a hot chocolate which was absolutely beautiful, however unfortunately the Argo Club Sandwich was a let-down - while the ingredients were nice (onion jam particularly), it was dry (both the bread and the chicken), the bacon was not good, and it was barely warm even though it had been toasted; if it wasn't pre-prepared far before and left sitting around for someone to order it, that's unfortunately what it came across like. Guys, please take the constructive criticism in a positive spirit, the central part of your meal was a big let-down and a deal-breaker on an otherwise very positive experience. Just to mention, a chicken burger they brought out for another table earlier looked delicious and fresh, as did some wonderful-looking pumpkin (?) soup! Lots of wonderful looking snacks in the window, some home-made. ...
