Good products and variety in groceries. I like their product a lot. Sadly, this shop has miserable and very poor customer service. I bought nut butter here and the butter maker machine switch is broken and it kept running and a bit over spilled of the bottle. When I went to the counter, asked help from a staff about paper napkin, does she has it or anything that I can clean the butter. She said “WE HAVE NO PAPER NAPKIN”. I tried to help myself looked in my bag for paper napkin or anything I can clean it. But I dont have it at all and I have so many heavy groceries on my bag. So struggle with myself and I don’t want butter to dirt around my grocery bag. So I asked her politely again. “The butter is a bit dirty out from the bottle, I am afraid that it will dirty around my groceries, Could you please help me clean it with anything or let me lend anything to clean it?“ So, she turned her back to back counter(it is drink counter I cannot really remember), she picked paper napkin and clean the butter bottle for me. Actually, she does not have to clean the bottle for me, just give me the paper napkin or anything that I can clean it by myself. Anyway, I almost cried and I think why she is so mean??? At the end, she tried to speak to me nicely, Have a good day. But I dont feel good about it at all and looked at her in compassion way, This lady is so mean. So mean to other human being who is the customer. Probably she get some mistreat from the owner or manager at the shop?? Does She get overloaded work or underpaid?? The butter is not that cheap. I have the receipt too since I did the real purchase, not scam or want to defame their reputation of the shop. But I think it is in the way that you need to really think about your staff customer service skills and their attitude.

This was my first time visiting the Adelaide markets and we enjoyed it a lot especially the market stall from House of Health, where you can make your own peanut butter (I opted for the pistachio and macadamia option and cannot recommend it more). I also purchased a delicious goodie from their home made pantry and opted for the snickers bar which was delicious. The manager was very friendly.

I go here to buy Celtic salt for myself. But there's so much more to offer. I'll be spending more time here next time, to be able to choose other items. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend trying this place, you won't regret it.

Thumbs up to Jas and Mas for their friendly and helpful attitude. Made each time I’ve been here a good experience (despite the hectic environment) and is why I’ve returned. They make a solid case for the human touch in retail.

Thumbs down to the rude blonde chick with the pony tail. Very rude. Learn some manners and learn how to deal with customers without being such a pill. Doesn’t bother to check, thinks questions about a possible purchase are hugely annoying. Get another job more fitting for your sour personality. People like her are the reason why self check outs are being implemented as the standard. Machines can do her job and more in 2 seconds. Absolutely...

House of Health is my favorite shop in Adelaide. I love their products but the customer service in the central market was so bad. I usually go to the one in Norwood and staff are always nice and friendly. But here, one of the women staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked some products.

She just told me that I need to go to the next door and ask other staff, then walked away. I was like…what? Where is the next door? Isn’t it a same shop and there is just a wall in between? In the end, I gave up to buy it and I would never come back this shop. it’s better to go the one in Norwood, there is more...
