Good products and variety in groceries. I like their product a lot. Sadly, this shop has miserable and very poor customer service. I bought nut butter here and the butter maker machine switch is broken and it kept running and a bit over spilled of the bottle. When I went to the counter, asked help from a staff about paper napkin, does she has it or anything that I can clean the butter. She said “WE HAVE NO PAPER NAPKIN”. I tried to help myself looked in my bag for paper napkin or anything I can clean it. But I dont have it at all and I have so many heavy groceries on my bag. So struggle with myself and I don’t want butter to dirt around my grocery bag. So I asked her politely again. “The butter is a bit dirty out from the bottle, I am afraid that it will dirty around my groceries, Could you please help me clean it with anything or let me lend anything to clean it?“ So, she turned her back to back counter(it is drink counter I cannot really remember), she picked paper napkin and clean the butter bottle for me. Actually, she does not have to clean the bottle for me, just give me the paper napkin or anything that I can clean it by myself.
Anyway, I almost cried and I think why she is so mean??? At the end, she tried to speak to me nicely, Have a good day. But I dont feel good about it at all and looked at her in compassion way, This lady is so mean. So mean to other human being who is the customer. Probably she get some mistreat from the owner or manager at the shop?? Does She get overloaded work or underpaid?? The butter is not that cheap. I have the receipt too since I did the real purchase, not scam or want to defame their reputation of the shop. Doesn’t bother to check, thinks questions about a possible purchase are hugely annoying. Get another job more fitting for your sour personality. She just told me that I need to go to the next door and ask other staff, then walked away. I was like…what? Where is the next door? Isn’t it a same shop and there is just a wall in between?
