Me and my friends came in tonight and wanted to see if Parmi was working tonight, but, unfortunately she wasn’t working tonight. Every time we come in she always says hello and gives us a very service and very energetic person. From Danny and Domenica, Ivan and Peter and Anton Hi my Domenica frisina I went to cafe vili’s last night with two friends Danny and Joe we got served by supervisor or manager Nathan he was give us warm welcome every times we go treats us with lots respect and well manners always make my night as I work in hospitality my self did with customers every day so understanding how much work need put in make sure our customers service is up to standard customer service I can say Nathan is up to that standard he fantastic with customer and his co workers you can see how well like he is in work place his boss very lucky have a fantastic loyalty lovely supervisor and manager for business thankyou again for your fantastic customer service I really appreciate you made my night thank Nathan Hi name Domenica frisina was invited to go after work have coffee with my friends again with Danny Petar Ivan and Anton again at cafe villis and was serving by Nathan again they supervisor and manager again asked how my night was told just finished work in hospitality service customer all night make sure everyone was happily get fantastic customer service and say to him it my turn get a fantastic customer service again form you took my orders for put on tray so decided to put dirty plate on tray take back to him but one of my friends IVan did for Nathan say come back get as did so show us again what a fantastic customer service and while’s his the manager and supervisor for this place I high recommend him to any that goes there he give you fantastic customer service and show respect you need get from customer service he always happy and smile get got fantastic manners what more could asked from long night of hard work in hospitality thank you again for your service and hospitality I really appreciate thankyou Nathan have a lovely night we definitely see next times when pop in again have coffee really appreciate...

This place is normally fantastic, however much to our disappointment the same cannot be said for the visit we experienced at lunch time yesterday 11/5/19. First Schnitzel to be brought out to our table looked like it had been butchered, coating all hanging off the actual chicken and messy on plate. Sat on top of the pile of chips on the plate, so required some rearranging before you could begin eating. Sent this back and staff made a new one. Other meals came out soon after but one member of the table was still waiting to receive theirs, by the time most others were already finished. Another person on the table did not receive extra chips which they asked for upon ordering and were happy to pay the extra for this, as had been done on many other previous occasions. Staff were not willing to rectify this when we raised issue with them. Understandably busy but tables were not being tended to and cleaned up efficiently after customers were leaving. Bathroom facilities were unusually dirty and overheard another customer requesting a refund for their meal also, which suggests we were not the only customers having issues yesterday. Only having two registers is not working as other staff think they are helping by moving along the line offering to serve other customers who are waiting (when both registers are already being used), however all this does is create a more chaotic environment because they then are held up waiting to make use of the registers. Given the volume of customers this place experiences, there are a number of areas which require some reconsideration... yesterday’s entire experience was a shame, given that beforehand we have never had a bad word to say about this place, they are normally...

We were served first and then everyone else in the building was given food before us. We only ordered two chicken parmies with chips. Our only special request was that the chips were crispy yet they were served to us undercooked. They even served staff before us who walked out with bags of food. We ordered at approximately 12:00am, Wednesday morning 17/03/21. It wasn't busy either, so there was really no excuse to wait 30-40mins for two schnitzels served with undercooked chips. No apology for the wait from the guy who took our payment and served us these below average, barely edible meals. While we waited, we were forced to listen to two female staff members complain about their jobs and other staff members right by the door/beer fridge. Not pleasant to be around. The cafe is for customers, not for staff to whinge loudly. The schnitzels were the worst we've ever had in Adelaide. Just look at the photos and tell me I'm wrong. In my opinion, the old Vilis in Mile End cooked amazing chips and decent food. This new place looks good on the outside but the food is way below average and the pastries/baked goods are always stale because they come from the other store and don't get stocked regularly. The attitudes of the staff are shocking. The new, fancy uniforms compared to the old Vilis can't disguise any of of these facts. They can't even manage to put a smile on.
