We Had lunch at Charlie chan west lakes yesterday was shocked with the price and the amount of food they served it was a ripped off to pricey and to little food and taste is not even that good anyway never again Charlie chan we order a 2 choices combo meal for $18.95 I was thinking a they will give us the big plate as what is usually done for that price in sydney to my surprise it was the small plate 2 thongs of noodle 1st choice was the lemongarss chicken only 5 strip's in ther and sweet and sour chicken which also 5 strip's in thr and I was shocked really they put us on diet in sydney me And my husband we go for 2 choices with noodles or rice plus the drink it's about $22.50 but that's in a big plate and full of food not like at Charlie chan it's in a budget with a big price tag never...

Charlie Chan used to put the price on the top of their wall or top glass so consumers can see how much they are paying for, so if the prices are not up showing consumers will just assume they will charge the same price. Today even after lunch went there to get some food, 2 choices costs: $17.00 in the usual small plate they have for small servings, I got the grilled chicken and carmelised pork, which in Asian culture called “double dead meat” means they have been cooked twice as leftovers. Charlie Chan used to be great but Westfield West Lakes stall is a total ripped off, I know and I understand we have been in rough days a lot of us are struggling, but these kind of behaviour just do not justify especially for people who are...

Absolutely shameful place.

I went with a friend and we ordered two meals.

When the lady behind the counter said the price, it was more then the price on the board, she had added 'extra meat' for a dollar extra. She did it so she could get more money out of us.

We sucked it up, cos it probably would be a tiny amount of meat, not enough to feed someone. Which is sad cos that's the point of a restaurant.

We paid and she said that my friends payment hadn't gone through and he should pay again, so he checked his bank app, it said the money had gone through to them.

But she still refused.

This is a disgrace. You guys should shut because you don't deserve to own a place like this for...
