I am giving 3 stars because I come here so frequently and the manager/owner is always so lovely.

Unfortunately, the lady that served me today at approx. 1:30-2:00pm 10/01/2023 is an absolute downfall to your company. I ordered a large chips and was absolutely blown away by the $17.00 charge but figured your chips are worth it. Once I had ordered I moved to the side so the 2 other ladies behind me could place their orders; while standing there I decided to ask if I could add a small pasta salad to my order. You would think I had slapped the woman across the face, it seemed like the biggest inconvenience in the world for her to waddle 3 strides to the salad fridge and put what was the most MINUSCULE amount of pasta salad into a small container. (It was like she was punishing me for ordering it after the chips) she could have fit atleast another heaped scoop in there and for the price of it; I'd expect that. She then proceeds to pretty well throw it on the counter. Even when giving me my order it looked like her face might crack if she even tried to smile. I see in your reviews below other customers have been put off of your establishment because of a rude worker and can honestly say for the years I've been coming to you, this woman is the one that has the same face every time. Today was just worse than others. It really is a shame because you are such a lovely guy & my family...

I Ordered a yiros and chips & gravy tonight and honestly I don't know what has happened but it seems the food has gone down hill incredibly, my yiros was nice but it was more like a deconstructed yiros, and the chips and gravy...... guys alot of people have said the gravy is watery in your reviews and they are 1000% correct the chips and gravy kinda reminded me of a meal I would be served at an under funded hospital 😐 (literally the only thing it reminded me off and I dont mean it as a compliment) it's not nice at all I had zero salt on my chips and because the gravy is so watery you guessed it so where my chips 🫣 now I actually love a bit of a soggy chip but this was to much it resembled more of a runny mash than it did a nice...

An absolute waste of money! Ordered the family pack which supposedly comes with a large chicken and the one we got was a baby chicken. Just an average size bag of chips, 3 dim sims, a piece of unknown fish, gravy and cauliflower bake along with a drink all for $80.00 delivered. Could of gone to Red Rooster and fed 3 households for that much. Called the store to complain and the lady didn't know what to do and instructed us to go back onto the menulog website to request a refund, in which there is no such thing! Definitely would not recommend ordering from this place unless you go there in person and specifically select what you want, otherwise you end up...
