Just Jeans Elizabeth — Local services in Adelaide

I always get amazing customer service here from the usual lady (I think Vicky, I can’t remember her name) I wanted to purchase some jeans today which Elizabeth Store didn’t end up having they had one pair I wanted. Vicky? Said no worries at all, let me see what other stores have them. Before calling she looked up on the computer and told me TTP have two in stock, and she offered to call them for me. Not expecting this level of service I said absolutely, thank you. She told me to buy two pairs here to get the sale off the second pair (and then swap them for the one pair of black ones I wanted at TTP store) I agreed. On the phone she didn’t mention this to them, just to put them aside. She also said they had only one pair not two so I said I don’t want to purchase the ones I don’t want only to swap them, I’d rather just buy them in the one place and not have to go to the fuss of swaps. Her not mentioning swaps on the phone also lead me to make this decision. This seemed to upset her, unsure why. She wasn’t as pleasant after that, and I won’t be shopping at that store again. It’s a shame people are so quick to help but when it’s not their store they go a bit off. Guess it must be a sales thing.

Vicky listened carefully and provided me with the jeans I was seeking. I only needed to try one on and it was a perfect fit. I purchased four pairs of jeans as I they were exactly what I wanted. I purchased my first pair of new jeans in several years after a big weigh loss journey and without going into details I made a massive mistake.
