Fresh N Yummy — Restaurant in Adelaide

I oredered delivery from fresh n yummy. After about an hours i still hadn't received my order, i rang them up and the lady told me it was on its way it just left the shop. Almost another hour had passed and i rung the shop again, same lady answered as i questioned where was my order she told me again it just left the shop. I told her you told me that 40 minutes ago i have been waiting 2 hours now. She then told me the driver knocked on my door and i refused the food and he took the food back to the shop. She argued this point with me for 5 minutes that i refused the order i told her clearly he went go the wrong house. She then put me onto the manager. He started arguing the same point i refused my order as it was too late and i have eaten according to their driver. I told him this doesnt make sense as i have payed for the order by card. So why would i refuse something i have payed for that doesnt make sense. No he still argued with me while he was talking to his driver. After 10 minutes of being told i was basically lying, the driver confessed he went to the wrong address. He never apologized when i said you have argued with me about this for 10 minutes. All i got was sir i dont argue with you, i go by information my driver tell me. Well clearly he lied. So i asked for a refund he said you ring menu log not my problem then hung up on me. I was outraged, never in my life have i been treated with such disrespect. Their customer service is shocking i will never eat...

eaten here twice now and amazed first at how the estimated delivery time was correct but actual times varied and second that there was a delivery and pay online in many ways option at all. first time was used on what is known as generally a busy night for takeaways and they were here in no time well above my expectations but the next time i was waiting much longer leaving me to believe the first was a fluke or just to impress. food isnt bad either and some dishes were above exectation. shame that there is no descriptions ith meals as i never know what what to expect so i can not add notes to leave something out maiing money spent on stuff i would not otherwise order nor would eat, great marketing if you ask me but terrible for consistent customer base. im sure i will be back but only as a...

Ordered a few dishes last night for dinner for my family.

A brief overview of the meals I ordered, Butter chicken was watery and the chicken was dry. Hokkein Mee with Beef was just oily No sauce or seasoning Just tasted like oily noodles even though I asked what flavour the noodles were the lady said it come with a sauce. The combination omelette was over cooked and chicken was extremely dry. The container of Large Special Fried rice was not full and lacking seasoning.

Usually have had a half decent experience with Fresh n Yummy but last night was my last night.
