Very poor customer service …rude to customers …especially KIAH and Amy …instead of providing some solutions to the customers ..they keep on arguing…I lost two earrings bought from the store because of butterfly stoppers…had put two more earrings on lay-by and a ring …I just wanted refund on one of them .which they refused..I understand it could be Angus policy …But they could have said in a nicer way …Amy instead of providing me with solutions like store credit etc..when I asked for store credit she..said just now u wanted refund ..I have been your loyal customer .in last six months I have bought 1 watch, two pairs of diamonds earrings,I diamond ring and a diamond pendant ..I would like to shop with Angus again but not if I am served by rude...

took in a ring brought from there with a diamond missing & broken setting,they could not find this ring having been in their system so sent it for view,2 weeks later i was given a price & timeframe for repair, several weeks later i call them & got a hard time because supposedly they had called me,went in to collect the following day only to discover my yellow gold ring was...

Rude customer service. don’t recommend going there when there is multiple other jewellers in the centre. clearly they don’t realise that. wouldn’t even give them one star but stupid google forces me to...
