CIBO Espresso — Restaurant in Adelaide

Sunday morning early - had to wait quite a long time for our 3 coffees. It looked like the 2 baristas were having trouble with the coffee grinder - the were poking it with a straw...no apology for the long wait for our drinks. There weren't many people there - 8.30am. So - a hint - keep your customers informed about why they have to wait longer than normal. And apologise for the wait - good customer service will keep the customers coming back. The coffee was good. It's just lucky we weren't in a hurry...

First time trying CIBO coffee and it was good! I get nervous about quality of products when they come from chain franchises but the coffee here was actually descent, similar quality to Hyde park bakery, but almost better. Staff here were nice. The vibe in here is nice, simple, relaxing. My only concern was that it was easy to see that the inside air conditioner filter was filthy and very noticeable. Overall though and decent coffee stop.

Service is super slow. The staff were more interested in talking about their weekend than taking my order, and took 10 minutes to make two alto capps...with three customers in the venue.
