CIBO Espresso — Restaurant in Adelaide

I won't be going to Cibos again ...ive been a few times now, and today was the worst . Prices are exorbitant and there was an exceptionally young person taking orders who had no customer service skills, didn't listen properly etc so as a result we never ever recieved a drink that was ordered ...after receiving everything else . Till I had to go and hassle about it - and tge blonde woman had the hide to question with a face like thunder (which she usually has so obviously grumpy ..and the dude also running things flung me an irritated look/question as if I'm at fault!) Zero customer service ..adults and children alike working there today. If your staff can't get an order right and don't concentrate don't take it out on the people paying your exorbitant rates ok. And if you're too busy keeeping up and resent the "interferance" of customers = why did u get a Cafe business in the first place! ?? And by the way there's really no atmosphere in the place...

They forgot to make my coffee - had to ask again for it. And I was their only customer! They did offer a voucher for another coffee. "music" was dreadful - just a constant awful scratchy noise. Seriously - just turn it off - no-one's enjoying it. I'd rather listen to a coffee grinder. No WiFi! Hot & sticky - I know it's a really hot & humid day, so close some of the doors & help it cool down a bit. Could not wait to leave, so when the coffee was finally made I had takeaway and sat in the Gawler Library. Much cooler & quieter. The coffee was a standard Cibo - which is OK. Sorry to do...

Cibo well what can I say except for I have always had a great experience and always had great coffee there no matter what branch the coffee quality does not change. They seem to always have great baristas & excellent coffee machines. The customer service is fantastic and the seating areas are nice clean & comfortable.

The only flaw I can think of is the food being expensive for what they offer however this is a cafe not a resturant, for me aslong as the coffee is reasonably priced I am happy which I actually find quite cheap for the quality and...
