After waiting in store at times up to 40 minutes on occasion, I’ve decided to start using the Zambreros app in a bid to skip the lines. Sorry to say but the woes continue from this store and are getting worse. The last 3 times I’ve ordered through the app they’ve stuffed up my order. From missing sauces, skimping on what sauce was added, missing jalapeños to wrong ingredients; why is it so hard to read an order slip? Small mistakes can be forgiven but it’s becoming a habit from Zambreros Gawler. 3 times I’ve paid extra for an extra separate sauce and it’s never on there. In addition every time I order I’ll arrive 5 mins after receiving a notification saying my order is ready, and every single time they still haven’t started making my order. They then obviously rush the order and apologise for the wait. I understand peak times can be demanding but why notify people that somethings ready when it obviously isn’t? Just be honest, take your time and make it properly. I would have boycott this place if it wasn’t the only store in Gawler with potentially delicious burrito capabilities, so alas here I am. I don’t like to rant but it’s wearing...

As it just hit 9:00 two girls on the kitchen staff started packing up noisily and passing rude glances toward us until one of the girls turned off the main light and pretended it was an accident before flipping it back on and giggling with her friend and turning off the lights to all the signs. Obviously not being wanted in the store, my friends and I left.
If the store was closing at 9pm instead of the 10pm that we were previously told, a simple “hey, sorry. We are closing up in 10.” Would have gotten us out straight away, but instead we were encouraged to leave with a juvenile...

Sadly, we are getting less food in our signature bowls. Years ago, the power bowl was full to nearly overflowing, and then that bowl was made obsolete, and this signature version was its replacement. This too was made with lots of ingredients but lately it's 20% less. Great way to make a better profit. Looking at some of the other reviews, there is obviously a money issue with the franchise owner. Food still tasted great, and the lady who served...
