CIBO Henley Square — Restaurant in Adelaide

Busy place, lots of seating outside and inside. Had a small flat white, place was busy so waited a while. Unfortunately the coffee wasn't worth the wait - weak coffee, needed another shot. The staff were under the pump and grumpy with customers taking the wrong coffee so didn't feel comfortable asking for an extra shot . Some coffee came out with latte art, but not mine - guess they were just "pumping them out" Wouldn't rush to go back , but there are slim pickings for coffee around here so you've got to roll the...

Coffee was good. As being a manager of a coffee shop Myself. Going in all i want to feel welcomed. No one said hello until i greeted myself with how r u all going. Then the service wasn't with a smile and the young man behind the counter would look 100% better if he just talked a bit with a bit of a smile. I no we all have our bad days. But leave it at the front door go in see new faces stay positive and trust me ur day will be better. I had a better chat with the customers drinking next to me....

Coffee was good, but that’s to be expected. View was blocked by building, so don’t go for the atmosphere. What’s left then? Service! Unfortunately let down there. You have to order from the bar and also collect your own coffee. That results in staff not coming out to the customers and seeing the tables full of empty plates and cups. But it gets worse, I saw staff walk empty handed past said tables multiple times and even a staff off duty while the mess was left....
