Domino's Pizza Glenunga — Restaurant in Adelaide

Do not bother with this Domino's. So poorly managed. We ordered a 3 pizza deal via Uber around 6pm with estimated delivery by 7.05pm. The driver got lost on our street somehow and after numerous phone calls back and fourth with the restaurant the driver still couldn't find our house - it's a no-through road so it's not overly complicated. Around 7.40pm I spoke to the driver and he still advised that there would be a wait but reassured me that he will find my house after additional directions were provided. Driver still doesn't show, so I call the restaurant and they advise that he has run out of fuel and I could either wait for them to prepare the order again and re-deliver or cancel the order. I said I'll come pick it up to avoid further delay - I was meant to be studying for an exam btw. Attend the store, only 2 of 3 pizzas are made and unknowingly the staff hand me the unfinished order - luckily I noticed while walking to the car. Advise that order incomplete, wait in store for another 15-20mins while they prepare the last pizza. Once ready, I asked the young guy at the counter if he was the manager, he said no. I asked for the manager and explained how poor the service is and all I get is smile and a weak apology - oh, 2 sides were thrown in but they went soggy after waiting for the last pizza to be made. I would have thought after such a monumental stuff up the manager would at the very least apologise and hand over the order - what a joke! So after ordering at 6pm finally got home 2hrs 45 mins later to eat. Needless to say, the worst experience with a Domino's I've ever had. Ordered 2 x pizzas this week. Shop was packed and only one poor young lad at the front taking orders and giving out orders, he clearly needed help. App said my order would be ready at 6:52PM, it was not. Waited for my order to indicate on the screen it was ready (about 15mins later) and when it did, I advised the guy at the counter that my order was ready and asked if I could grab it and go as I was already running late. He said yes but then went on to serve others and then disappeared around the back and started making pizzas. My order was ready for about 15mins before i was able to collect it (pizza was no longer hot at this stage). It was such a frustrating wait i grabbed my 2 pizzas and raced out the door to get home. Got home, opened up the 2 x pizzas and I was given the wrong pizza. There was no way I was going to go back and do more waiting. Friday the 7th July, I ordered a mini pizza box with chicken bites and chocolate lava cake and a large firebreather pizza. After 7 minutes of cooking my name was placed at 14 minutes. We waiting for another 14 minutes and then we were told my order was ready. When I checked, it didn’t have the items I ordered. I pointed it out to them. Then they said, they haven’t baked the lava cake, they’ve missed it and it will be another 20 minutes. So we waited for 20 more minutes. Our order was still not ready after 20 min, when I enquired, I was given a mini pizza box with garlic bread. When I pointed this out, they again checked and said they are very sorry and they missed cooking chicken bites. After another 30 minutes, we were finally given our order with a cold pizza and a $3 drink bottle to make up for the disappointment and 2 hours of waiting.
