Domino's Pizza Nailsworth — Restaurant in Adelaide

The staff there have bad attitude and they often exploit the trust the customers have for them, I have encountered two of those occasions.

In the first occasion, my girlfriend bought a pizza along with two bottles of water and she asked for it to be delivered to our residency. The staff who made the delivery claimed to have forgotten the second bottle and he promised to have it brought over later. So without having any second thought, she signed the receipt and agreed to it. However, he dishonoured his deal and my girlfriend rang the manager, the manager branded her as a swindler and he reprimanded her for signing the receipt, albeit the water was brought over after enduring an agonising ordeal. The same delivery boy which delivered the bottle in the second round and even said that she deserved that sort of treatment because she signed the receipt without receiving all of the items. She was complaining to me that she signed despite the bottle missing because she didn't want to get the delivery guy into trouble for forgetting, especially since he promised to deliver it in 10 mins.

On our second purchase, this time I went over to collect the items in the physical store after ordering and Paying online. The cashier wanted me to pay again when I arrive to collect the order. It may be just a misunderstanding, but I highly doubt it.

As I said that I paid online, and the cashier didn't even question me nor did he check on the system to confirm this. From a reasonable person's view, he seem to be fully aware that I have already...

WORST DOMINOS EVER!!! First order ever I made online I PAID BY CARD. My friend answered the delivery while I was in the other room and was asked to pay with cash? He did not knowing I had already and I had to call to have the money refunded! The manager sounded like a dodgy sales man repeating my name over and over as if we were buddies before agreeing to send someone back with the money. Ordered again recently because Pizzahut was closed and spent $3 for under 20 minute delivery (or free pizza next time). In the last 5 minutes of the delivery the GPS Tracker SUDDENLY located the driver on my street. I went outside to collect order and there was no one, not a car or anything in the street. The order then said delivered with around 4:00mins left FOR THEM. I went inside to wait, look over the tracker, and then called. While on the phone being talked to by the same con artist manager the pizza was delivered (after the 20minues) I asked the driver why it said it was delivered earlier than his arrival and his response was “don’t worry you get a free pizza”. I showed him my phone showing I wouldn’t get a free pizza since they CLAIMED to have delivered it before their timer. He grinned at me like an idiot and avoided response. I said I’d call his manager back but won’t because I don’t need a free pizza from this dodgy place. Wish I could give 0/5....

We have ordered pizza yesterday, and found two piece of this silvery wire(?) inside the cheesy crust. So we went and show the coworker there, he just assumed that we are faking it out. He just said he think that's aluminium foil, and I don't agree with that as it's harder than aluminium foil. And he just throw it away and ask what we want... There's no excuse to serve food which are not safe to eat.. So at last we got a refund, but feels like he just treat us as a beggar and give us the money back. We don't have to do all these just for few dollar man… Super disappointed to the quality of the food and the customer service. (Sorry for the disgusting picture)

**After I saw the reply from the owner, I’m so sure that I will never buy pizza from this store. I have never ask for a free pizza voucher. They even offer me to make me a new free pizza and I reject about that as that’s not what we want. I have told them already that I’m making this compliant as to hope they can improve their food safety and hope this won’t happen to any other customer again. The reason why I only need to pay $3 for a pizza is because I have ordered pizza from Dominos for lots of times so I have saved lots of scores for a free pizza. And so from what you said, does it means that u can add a wire in a free pizza? Do your job better...
