Came in here for a celebratory meal after winning a volleyball game and were instantly greeted with horrible customer service from the brunette, hair in a bun with a tattoo on the back of her neck. Instant death stares, eye rolling and an attitude. She told us that they close in an hour which is cool and all but it’s almost like she was hinting for us to get take away. As we’re eating (food was great btw, only good part about this experience), she’s just death staring us and making it known we aren’t welcome. Furthermore, we’re drinking our ice teas, which taste horrible and upon further inspection they’re a month expired. We went up to the counter to let her know and as she poured it out she stared at my friend. We went to get another iced tea and majority were expired. This can be a potential health hazard. in the last 15 mins of the store being open, she was cleaning and slamming chairs and once finished, just stared at us and rolled her eyes till we left. This is absolute childish and appalling behaviour and creates a horrible look for your company. Upon looking at other reviews, it seems as though we aren’t the first people to deal with her, and likely won’t be the last. Food is great, but when the energy is unwelcoming people are unlikely...

23/04/2025 - 13:50 - Aren’t I the FW, gave these clowns another go. Haven’t moved back to the environmentally friendly cardboard containers but still on the plastic. My Kong Po chicken today, pretty sure should be Kung Pao, was disgraceful. First thing that goes in the pan for this dish are the chillies, into hot oil. So whomever was cooking knew straight off the bat that they’d screwed it with the oil being way too hot as the chillies would have been black immediately. Instead of starting again they persisted and happily served up a severely overcooked dis, burnt chillies and burnt sauce, as the photos will attest to. NEVER AGAIN. How you chimps have multiple franchises is beyond me. 12/08/2022 - 12:30 - Wow, these guys have gone from good to rubbish. Just spent $66 on lunch for three people to have plastic tubs arrive 1/3 full aka 2/3 empty. Also left out my DK chilli. When people are paying $22.00 each for a meal, they expect a meal, not a $3.00 snack. Ripped off,...

My partner and I walked in to no greeting, we made our way to a table.... with no greeting. We waited, though decided to just order from the QR code at the table. When our first dish arrived we still received no greeting, though as the waitress walked away I asked about our drinks and if we just get them ourselves, to the reply of "yes". They had 4 workers around the counter though it wasn't until our second dish came out that a shy girl with pink hair actually said hello. Besides the one girl with pink hair, the customer service was horrible. It wasn't just us though. I watched how every other customer that came in was ignored, and even as customers said thank you and goodbye the staff still seemed to just ignore and look away. The only positive of the trip was the amount of crunch they achieve with the fried dumplings. Thank you to the girl with pink hair for making a little...

Ordered fried beef dumplings, fish in chilly oil, chilly beef rice and lamb noodles with spring onion oil. (Pic 1-4 in order). Personally, lamb noodles are my favorite and I always order this. The dumplings can be changed into chicken and prawns. The rice does not taste spicy at all. Same with fish. If you can normally have spicy food. Then the spicy food in this restaurant will not be that spicy to you, even if there are two chillies drawn after their names in the menu. Good thing about this restaurant is they provide free hot tea for clients. There are also vinegar, soy sauce and chilly oil provided and put on the table. The chilly oil is not spicy at all, if you want to give it a try.
