Food average, lumps of unknown in spring roll. Extremely rude older woman taking order, not the 1st time! Thought maybe worthy of a second chance...certainly didn't disappoint with disgraceful customer service & poor quality food. Making accusations about jumping the queue, which wasn't the case. Proceeded to mumble about us to other staff..progressed to make it difficult with the order. Disgraceful on all levels. Clearly previous reviews have had the same experience. As a suggestion a course in customer service maybe to your advantage. Won't be wasting money in your shop again to be abused with average food. Looking forward to...

I've been buying sushi rolls here for many years... they're the best I've found. I'm always disappointed if I have to buy them elsewhere and they're never as good! High turnover keeps them fresh. It's a busy place and service can be a little hit and miss depending on who's there but the sushi is always great...very consistent... even at the end of the day. I was surprised to see bad reviews and the review I did a while back is gone?... so I thought I'd better put in a good word so they stay busy because that's part of why the sushi...
