Fusion India Restaurant-Flinders Park — Restaurant in Adelaide

I ordered food from this restaurant via Menulog last week for my family. But food didn’t deliver at all. I ordered food and I was waiting the order to be delivered but when I contacted restaurant, the lady over the phone was saying repeatedly all the times that our restaurant is very busy so your order will not be delivered on time. It will be late by at least half an hour. I was waiting for another half an hour and contacted them again but she was saying the same thing. When I contacted third time, she stated that food is with driver already, may be delivering soon.i asked for the contact number as they were delivering food themselves. She said she will text me the number but she didn’t. I contacted restaurant again and asking the same question and asked for delivery person number but she didn’t provided it. As everyone know that how frustrated it is when we have kids at home and they are waiting for food for 2 hours and also you have to go to the job. I contacted restaurant 5th time then she provided me delivery person number as it was showing that food is delivered. But I was waiting outside of my house for the food. When I contacted delivery person, he said he delivered the food already. I explained everything that we hadn’t received it but he was started arguing that he delivered the food already and someone received it. I said may be he delivered the order to the wrong address. But he said no I delivered to the address which you have provided and saying he will go the address and check again where he delivered the address. But he was not in the state of mind to accept his mistake as he was owner of restaurant. When we said that I will make a complaint then he said freely do whatever you want. So it shows how they are dealing with their customers. They have no regrets, no professionalism in their behaviour at all. This was our first and last time I ordered from them. I will not recommend to our family and friends to go to this restaurant or order food from them as we have worst experience ever. They even don’t deserve one...

Easily one of the bestIndian restaurants in Adelaide hands down and I have made it a frequent dining spot for myself and my family. It has become my go-to place whenever I want to introduce my friends to the world of Indian cuisine. I've tried various dishes from their extensive menu, and I must say that all of them have been exceptional.

The cheese naan, in particular, is one of my favorites. The bread is always freshly baked and has a generous amount of cheese melted on top, making it an excellent accompaniment to any curry. Moreover, their other naan varieties are also equally delightful, and it's hard to pick a favorite.

When it comes to their curries, the dosa, butter chicken, and chicken-based curries are my top picks. The flavours are rich and aromatic, and the spices used in each dish are carefully balanced to provide a mouth-watering experience. I have also been told by some regulars that their vindaloo is a must-try for spice lovers.

Overall, this restaurant has never failed to impress me with their exceptional food, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service. It's a gem of a place that never disappoints, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Indian dining experience.

This is the first time I am giving 5 star to any Indian restaurant in Adelaide. I am really glad I ordered from this place today and guys what should I say.. Let me be honest we all know there is barely any Indian restaurant in Adelaide who actually provide really good Or even good Indian food.for the very first time after 5 years of searching a good Indian food in Adelaide trying different places even the most expensive one's Today I am really really thankful finally finally I got this place.. .The food was so fresh and good not like other restaurants who stock curries and other stuff in fridge and use for month...the salad was fresh nice the street food samosas chutney everything was nearly perfect. I really wish this restaurant will constantly serve good fresh food many years to come(coz sometimes some restaurant are really good in begging and then lose the constency). The customer service was great the delivery guy hand the food with smile seems to be a generous down to earth guy. Will try dine in with family next time. I was really satisfied today with the food and yeah let me also mention the price is generous too, what else we want good Indian food/good quality /fresh/tidy environment/good customer service all ☑ Only one tiny request guys if you could make golgappa's by yourself and add Suji golgappa's as well that would be dream come true :) best wishes guys keep up the good work.
