Hey, yeah last couple of times it's taken anywhere between 30 minutes past pickup time to 60 minutes past pickup time. I feel bad leaving a not so nice review having worked at a place similar to this (management was non existent and we just sort of fended for ourselves) so I have a lot of sympathy for these places, a lot goes on behind the scenes that the general customer doesn't see.. not enough training, no resources etc.
But yeah, I think my last order was from start to finish a full hour maybe more in the making. When I finally got it, the guy said he couldn't see a drink with the order? So like I ordered the $12 chicken mini combo and...I assume that sort of comes with it? To be fair when we both tried to find more information on my app and on his screen...all it says is "chicken mini burrito" so like... I kind of get it. Also the 390 ml cokes where out of stock (been there before as well, manager wouldn't order stock as he...didn't exist at my old work) so he came up with idea of charging just $1 for the upgraded 600ml coke, so yeap got that resolved. I think the person was quite flustered as he gave me a Coke Zero? The blackish red bottle? Yuck no thanks, so yeah got that resolved got the right 600ml bottle.
Everytime someone picked up their order (think it was....last Friday or the one before that? Night?) I saw every single person gave a similar interaction, where he would say something the person grabbing the order would throw up their hands in frustration and eventually a drink would appear, I was wondering what that was about, and yeah found out in about 44 mins (waiting 16 mins at that point). I did see some folks on the corner who I believe where there before me, so rip them lol.
I normally refrain from leaving these sorts of reviews mainly due to "bad stuff roles downhill" so if a crackhead owner situation (what I had) is happening, corporate can hopefully conduct an investigation, however what normally happens (something is definitely happening behind the scenes) then some poor overworked staff members get yelled at for something they can not control.
Food was okay though chips where like room temperature but the bottoms ones where like hot so it was okay lol. So yeah long story short. Took a really long time from ordering on the app to picking it up. There was a problem when picking it up, and yeah chips were like slightly cold.
I sadly had the same problem at another store last Saturday (I believe) wasn't as long but yeah, they absolutely love giving me Coke zero and not plain coke, swear 2-3 times in a row and when I've left the place. Dude no one wants to drink Coke Zero. Just having a whinge at this point lol, but like...I want to come here, I like cheapish Mexican food aha...

Unfortunately I am home by the time I realise things are missing from my order or are incorrect. I decided the other week that I would walk in to order so as I could check before I leave......mistake...
This time I stood there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me - just a simple 'hi, we will be with you shortly' would suffice. Instead just quick glances while they carried on working. This was at 4pm. Not exactly peak time. I walked out without purchasing anything.
I thought I would give it one more go as after an 11 hour shift on my feet a quick meal pick up on my drive home would be perfect. I thought to avoid all these previous issues I would use the app to order a scheduled pick up. I ordered around 4pm for a 5:45pm pick up. Arrived about 5:47, thinking my order would definitely be ready. Ignored again for a number of minutes, then told I would have to WAIT as my order hadn't been started. My wait was for 20 MINUTES. I finally was handed my order after watching it sitting in the bench for 10 minutes and having my requests for attention ignored. During that time one person approached me to see what I wanted, but as it wasn't a new order he passed on helping me, despite me clearly trying to engage him with my issue. I watched someone sneeze in the food prep area, no one looked as though they were in charge. Everyone just running around stressed and unhappy looking.
I think I have given this outlet enough chances. I will not be back and I will not recommend anyone else bother. Entirely unpleasant...

Last time I went there while ordering I asked them if they can give me fresh and hot chips with extra seasoning they said they can, and after waiting 45 mins for my food they gave me cold chips with very minimal seasoning. I asked them to remake as in the beginning I told them I want fresh and hot chips, again they took 15 mins to deliver still with very small amount of seasoning. While waiting for chips I saw that one staff listened from me but she didnāt pass it on, thus after waiting so long I asked to another staff then he rudely said you have to wait.. as if waiting one hour wasnāt enough! And that staff gave me the chips after 15 mins with very minimal seasoning, I asked for more seasoning, he replied so rudely saying no no um not listening to you anymore! Omg! What kinda behavior is this? As if um begging for the food! I also worked in customer service for two years and for us guest priority and satisfaction was everything. Here the staffs are so rude they donāt care about the guests. Besides the Quesadilla I ordered was very cold not grilled enough, really bad to taste! Now I will never go to this store. The staffs make so horrible food and moreover their behavior is so arrogant and rude. I have been to city gyg, grenaccers, glandor, lindon park every other gyg in Adelaide. But never ever seen such bad customer service and rude behaviors...
