The worst customer service experience we have ever had in a restaurant.

We used to be loyal customers and really enjoyed the food and coming here, but will never return after our recent experience.

Completely agree with the sentiments of other reviewers about the attitude and behaviour of the owner/manager and the other bald man, particularly one reviewer's comment about the manager 'losing the plot', which is exactly what happened to us also.

One of us asked for a plate to share our galette (which we do every time we are there) and the manager proceeded to start getting highly agitated and saying they were way too busy to accommodate such a request and then things just went downhill from there. We were shocked but stated it was fine and we would manage with just the one plate, trying to diffuse the situation as she was getting very worked up and (we assumed) seemed to be having a very bad day.

Our order arrived missing one of its ingredients, which in itself was completely fine (busy serving period, miscommunication, it happens) but after I politely asked one of the waitresses walking past if it could have the ingredient added to it and she returned to the kitchen and rectified this for us, immediately afterwards the owner/manager marched up to us and began berating us in front of a full restaurant of customers, including a table right near us which had a small child who was visibly scared by her behaviour. We were yelled at for being 'mean' and 'impossible to please' and other comments which didn't make much sense to us, but the tirade just kept coming.

Shortly afterwards, after we begged to just be able to finish eating our meal so that we could leave (again trying to diffuse the situation) she began videoing us eating on her phone, and from the other side of the room stated she was going to 'make up a story' about us. We had no idea what this meant but were deeply uncomfortable and unsettled by her behaviour. She again came up to us not long after and yelled and gesticulated at us (saying similar things to what she had said before and other things that were hard to understand through her accent) so we hastily gulped down the rest of our meal and departed.

All in all a very disturbing experience and we were left feeling very shaken and upset.

I was so shocked and confused as to why we had seemingly been randomly targeted for this attack, but having since read others' reviews it is now clear to me that we should not take this personally, as it is obviously an ongoing issue. As others have said, I hope that she gets the help that she needs as it is very clear that she is unstable and will continue lashing out at unsuspecting customers until she...

We saw 30% discounts available on EatClub app for today and grab the deal. although there were few reviews regarding owners attitude and bad service we still went in because the other pictures of beautiful food, little did I know the older women who claim to be owner initially repeatedly questioned the authenticity of the discount through EatClub app and how we obtained it, then she had to call someone over the phone to check if they can honour it, then really unwilling said because there’s an error on App but they will allow me to use it, but I didn’t even get to order, she completely lost her plots and was pointing finger at me repeatedly and yelling at me in front of everyone, that’s not all, she then approach my children and all of us in a intimidating posture and continued to point finger right in our face falsely accusing me try to blackmail her while I point out there was few comments online already regarding bad service, she promised me that since I mentioned bad service she will deliver bad service and refuse to serve us.We left the store in disbelief.Never had I thought this would happen in Adelaide, no matter how good the food is, if this is how you treat customers and especially little kids, I sincerely recommend you to seek mental health support due to inability to regulate your temper and unable to communicate in a calm matter. God bless you and hope he bring some brightness and peace in you so you don’t treat another innocent customer this way....

Having visited a few times before i decided to take my sister. When we ordered the food was delaye. Others coming in after us received their meals before us. It was not busy when we arrived. When we chased up our meals, there was no apology and what looked to be our order wasbeing carried by a confused waiter (not sure what table to deliver it), it ended up being delivered to another table. We are now 20 minutes in, waiting for our lunch. The patron's who received the food inspected it and informed the waiter it was not theirs - we informed the waiter that it was ours. The waiter removed the food from them abd placed that food in front of us to which we refused, because it had been touched by the other patrons with their fingers. The waiter did no apologise and walked away to speak to someone about it! A few minutes later, not having any outcome and the food still on our table, the waiter returned and said they will make it again. Not happy with this and concerned the same food wpuld be returned, we decided to leave and seek a refund. We were met with absolute rudeness from the man behind the counter. We were made to feel like we were being unreasonable, It was shocking and disgusting. We demanded a refund and after him making snide remarks, we informed him that we will never return to this place and that the service...

The place is nice and smells enticing. You know: butter, pastry- what’s not to like?? I honestly would say I am no connoisseur of French cuisine, some of the kitchen staff were speaking French and the title of the Special dish I ordered was in French SO I have to assume this is authentic. The crepes weren’t at all what I was expecting, I am generally not a huge fan of crepes. BUT MY GOODNESS. They were incredible. The wait/counter staff were very nice and polite- a couple of minor mistakes with the order rectified quickly so no issue with me. Mistakes happen. Some of the rattan chairs are kind of on the way out condition wise, because I swear to god I had straw jabbing my a*s for half the meal.

We had the most amazing brunch today. Both the savoury and sweet crepes were scrumptious. I had the smoked salmon, avocado, with eggs and mushroom crepe and I finished every crumb from my plate. My husband had the blue cheese, fig, honey and walnut crepe, which was equally delicious. For sweets, we had a salted caramel crepe. The service was great, despite it being very busy. Layout of the queue could be improved as it was a real tight squeeze with the others in the queue and the customers sitting at the tables next to the queue. We will certainly be back to try the rest of the menu!

What a fabulous surprise. Charming French atmosphere and the savoury breakfast crepes (I had the Calais) to die for. Must confess, was unsure what to expect but it was brilliant and a delightful change of pace from the standard brekkie/brunch fare. Sweet crepes were super tempting too. Coffee was great as well. Will be going back within a week for sure! ... OK, went back and was knocked out again! Add this to your breakfast/brunch/lunch rotation!
