Useless! Been there twice, first time asked for dirty chai s a drink and it was feral! And the meal was cold. Just went there this morning and asked for 2 breakfast meals. Got told to go to next window as I was also trying to ask for another item. Got to the second window and the man just puts the eftpos machine out doesn’t confirm order or price. I just assumed he got everything right. Then after a few seconds points to next window. No thank you or anything. Got asked to wait in waiting bay. Young lady comes out and just hands one meal. I told her I asked for 2, she says that I was charged for one and said I can drive back through and pay for another. I said no and drove off. Disappointing Service and Incorrect Order

I recently visited this Hungry Jack’s on 25 Feb, 9:45am and ordered an Affogato, which is my favorite dessert from their menu. However, when I received my order, the cup was half full of coffee with no ice cream at all. Knowing how this dessert is supposed to be served, I politely approached the staff to let them know. Unfortunately, they didn’t listen and insisted that this was the correct way to serve it. They refused to replace my order or even add the missing ice cream.

The next day, I ordered the same item from another Hungry Jack’s location, and it was made correctly—proving that my complaint was valid. This store needs serious improvement in customer service and food preparation accuracy. A little effort in listening to customers and ensuring orders are made correctly would go a long way.
