Ind'O'Mex McLaren Vale,Best Indian and Mexican Cuisine in Mclaren Vale — Restaurant in Adelaide

We placed our order online through the Ind“O”Mex website, which was quite simple and easy to use. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The first items on the Mexican Appetizers menu are 3 dips; Pico De Gallo, Guacamole and Chili Con Queso. OR for $20 – Combination dips ‘All three dips for those who cannot make up their minds with corn chips AND tortillas’. From this description, it’s fair to say you would expect to receive the three dips listed directly above, not a tub of sour cream in place of Chili Con Queso as we received. We were also missing tortillas. As our order was delivered, we called Ind“O”Mex to enquire, assuming a mix up had occurred. The response was incredibly hostile and aggressive; claiming no mistakes had been made, and argued with us, despite us referring back to and questioning what is listed on the online menu. Eventually, we were offered a Queso dip which we had to collect. However, no tortillas as despite what the online menu shows “the combination dips come with corn chips only”. It wasn't worth the effort; the Queso was fridge cold (and like the other two dips) obviously not freshly made in store. The other item we ordered was Chicken Enchiladas. This should be also be edited on their menu to ‘Enchilada’ as there was only one (although the size was generous – it was more like a burrito). It was bland, dry and average at best. The accompaniment of lime rice was hilarious; because at this point all we could do was laugh. It came in a small condiment container, literally 1 tablespoon of rice.
