I’ve had banh mi’s from ‘Ms Viet’ a number of times now and they have always been fantastic. However, after my most recent visit, I cannot recommend them enough. I went in late afternoon on a Wednesday to get banh mi for my household (4 in total) and when I went to order, the lady explained that they had run out of rolls. She then enthusiastically said that she would go up to the local foodland and get more rolls so she could make them for me. I waited no more than 10 minutes for her to return and she made my order. I have not seen such kindness and dedication like this in such a long time and I was so appreciative. The banh mis’ deliciousness only added to the experience. In my personal opinion, these guys do probably top 3 Bun Bowls in adelaide. I like to consider myself a bit of a connoisseur with these bad boys, consuming roughly 4 a week. It's a problem I know. But everything about these guys gets it right. So the ratios areon point. Some places are too heavy on noodle or too heavy on salad. The dressing too sweet or whatever. But they hit the mark with it all. The pork is super yummy and crispy and fresh everytime and carved and presented with love. Also, the girls who run the place are LOVELY. Always super friendly....
