Firecracker in fried rice is nothing how it has ever been, the chicken isn’t fried it’s got chilli flakes and seeds all over the chicken more then it has ever had on it. I’ve gotten this exact same meal 20 other times from other restaurants and it’s been the same every time. I don’t know how any one can eat this. I like spicy food but this was ridiculous. I took 2 spoonfuls and could not eat it (has eaten the exact meal 20 other times and never had a problem). I call up to see what I can do but I just get told it’s a preference and it’s how they cook it. This dish has never been made the way this store has made it. Wouldn’t recommend the firecracker chicken from this store.

Ordered black bean and rice and hot n spicy canton noodles. The black bean and rice was like sludge. Way too much sauce and it was so so salty. Inedible. Whoever made this at the Gawler store tonight put so much sauce into it that it was mushy and oily. It also says tofu and what I got was seitan. I don't like seitan. I'm so disappointed. I have put the photo of what it is supposed to look like taken from the Galwer website menu and what I actually received.The other dish was a bit better but way too oily and saucy too.

Cook your own. Take some cheap cut beef, packet noodles, onion and green capsicum, sweet teriyaki sauce, half cup sunflower oil and heat it all in the microwave. Pretty sure that'll taste the same with same consistency. Chewy, salty, oily mess where everything somehow tastes the same.

I called to complain about the large fried rice box It was like glue no flavour 3 pieces of meat no flavour it was like boiled rice When I called all I got was sorry we didn't meet your expectations and the fact he'd cooked my order there was nothing wrong with noodle order yes it was swimming in watery sauce but flavour was good The rice was disgusting I tried to explain to him why would I waste my time calling to complain when all I got was sorry we didn't my expectations ! It was disgusting 22 dollars wasted which he refused to refund me ! It was allready thrown in the bin scrapped from dinner plates when I thought why should I waste my money that they need to know how bad the food was 15 min on the phone with him saying he cooked it everything was in it even though I said I wasn't complaining about the 3 pieces of meat in it the fact it was a boiled tasteless mess! They didn't care I won't be buying ANYTHING from there again terrible customer service and attitude to customers ...

If I could rate zero I would, went in tonight and ordered a pad Thai and a combination laksa, got home only to find out they had given me something completely different to what I had ordered so then had to waste fuel to drive all the way back there to pick up the correct order, got home again only find out that the Laksa spoons I asked for to be put in the bag weren’t there !!!

How do you expect someone to eat laksa soup with no spoon !!!

Disgraceful service and a complete lack of communication means I won’t be returning would rather drive to munno para and get noodle box there.

At least they get there...
