Had lunch here today, a group of eight. We shared some entrees and then each of us had a main. Delicious entrees. My favourite was the spring roll. We had satay chicken, dim sims, steamed and fried and Thai fish cakes. Wasn’t mad on the fish cakes but all the others were Yummie. Mains consisted of Mongolian beef, squid with church sauce, satay prawn, sweet and sour pork and Singapore noodles. We also shared some chicken fried rice. Opinions were: Mongolian beef, delicious. Medium heat was a little too hot. He’s going to try mild next time. Satay prawn a bit bland but beautiful fresh prawns and veg. Singapore noodle, delicious. Sweet and sour pork, Yummie. Not sure about the squid. Fried rice very tasty. Corkage is $3.50 per person. That turned out to be quite reasonable as we opened three bottles of our own wine. I look forward to returning and ordering a selection of just entrees between my husband and myself. The banquet also looked tempting. Service was perfect. Staff were so friendly and efficient. Meals were delivered very quickly despite the restaurant being reasonably busy. You must try the...

I had sweet and sour pork which was decent, green curry chicken is not really green curry but it was okay too. I ordered two serves of plain rice which came in a very small portion.

Spring rolls were very thin with minimal filling - bits of carrots, a string of noodle and tiny particle of crab and chicken (allegedly - because I couldn't see or taste it).

The real deal breaker was the "Salt and Pepper Squid" which was very old, paper thin slices of squid covered in batter (way more batter than squid) which had no flavour. I brought this to the attention of the cashier but all she did was argue the point and insinuate that I didn't know what squid should look like. It felt quite inappropriate. I would not have bothered writing a negative review if not for that.

Overall I won't be coming back and I do hope the cheeky cashier tastes decent...

The food & prices were quite reasonable - all the food tasted fresh & was well cooked. The lemongrass chicken was delicious & sweet. Though apparently due to the Chef's error despite having ordered 2 plates of rice we were only served one.

For a Thursday night it was quite busy & unfortunately the service was lacking - it took a long time to be served, we had to ask for drinks a second time & in order to pay the bill we waited at the bar for a good 10 minutes before being served & were then charged incorrectly.

I suggest having one person on the till or behind the bar & it would definitely help the atmosphere to have carpets installed as it was, at times, so loud we almost had to shout to hear each other.

I recommend the food for sure but the eat in experience was disappointing on...

We decided in the afternoon to see if we could get in for tea and were lucky to get a table for our party of 5. The restaurant was so busy!!! Many choices and combinations to have. We started with prawn toast, spring rolls, and chicken and corn soup. All delicious and fresh. Mains I had the cashew nut chicken, a massive serve with loads of fresh veggies. We added fried rice as a side and were able to take the leftovers home. Finished the evening with fried ice cream, which was hot and creamy with a very slight lemon flavour in the Batter. Dinner was so good, we had take away the following week, that was equally as fresh and delicious, packed well and was ready quickly. The staff on both occasions were friendly, helpful, and attentive.

What a great place for a family or friends feast. For its price point this restaurant has it all. Attentive friendly staff, selection of well priced drinks, plenty of seating space and loads of great meal choices. We started with entrees of prawn toast (a smashed prawn), vegetarian Spring rolls and satay chicken sticks beautiful succulent chicken. Great starters. We then had garlic sauce chicken, loaded with tender chicken and my choice of vege. The sauce was creamy full of garlic and well balanced. We had Mongolian beef, loaded with beef and colourful vege, delicious, we had green chicken curry with a good bit of heat and a chicken Pad Thai. We all loved our meals and will be back. Book ahead for larger groups.
