Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Adelaide

Last night I tried to order the 3 for 3 deal and tracking showed it was almost here, it arrived on time but the delivery driver gave it to me. 3 pizzas 2 garlic breads and a lemon sprite which I assumed was because they're always out of cheesy garlic bread which I was excited to see on the menu for the first time in months.

I walked inside and laughed with my gf about how they always get something wrong or replace the cheesy garlic bread. I opened the pizza boxes to be greeted by a horrible sight. They were all vegan pizzas I am not vegan. They looked and smelled horrible to me.

I immediately got my gf to contact them and the store wouldn't answer calls even though it was 1.5 hours until they shut. We ended up on a call with corporate and they said it would be resolved today. It was 6pm we attempted to contact the store which resulted in nothing as the store didn't answer which is their typical m.o. this was 6 hours after they opened. I decided I needed to make contact again.

Corporate was better and said there would be a resolution tonight either by email or phone call but this has happened before and I know the store won't attempt to remedy this or contact me.

I absolutely recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs this is the 6th time it's happened in 4 or so years they aren't trustworthy and they're pizzas are always slimy eith oil and Greece and lack toppings if I could rate it 0 stars...

Ordered a pizza last night and tracking was showing that it was made and to be delivered at 5:30. by 6 it still had not been delivered, I tried multiple times to contact the store to see what was happening but could not get hold of them.

As I had to feed my kid we ended up going and getting something else, when I arrived home the pizza delivery guy turned up, over an hour late. I explained the situation to him, showed him how I had tried to contact the store and I didn't even know if they were coming, so I had made other arrangements. I told him I did not want the order but he insisted and was holding it over the fence while I was walking away. I ended up taking it so he would leave.

Today I get a text from Adnan, claiming to be the owner of the store. he claimed that I "misbehaved with the delivery driver" harassing staff and that he was going to call the police on me for stealing food. Even after I advised him that I have CCTV which its all recorded he was still threatening.

Disappointing that this is how the store manager handles issues. Looking at the reviews I am not the only person who had issues with the Gawler branch last night.

I have just started eating the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I ordered a "Chicken Supreme". It had absolutely no chicken on it and was the blandest pizza I have experienced. I immediately went back and confronted the staff member saying it had no chicken on it. He had the nerve to point out a few pieces on it (maybe 2 or 3 fatty bits) and said there was nothing he could do, and I should have ordered extra chicken (which cost more). I am absolutely appalled at the disgusting quality of the pizza and especially the shocking customer service experience I received. I will NEVER go back to this Pizza Place again and suggest you don't either. I am so angry at the male staff member that could have quite easily said, "sorry mam, I will put some chicken on it for you". He did not care less about customer service and only made excuses. I'm sure this is not the first time he has been confronted about poor quality. I never go to the trouble to write reviews, but had to in this situation.
