Until this very day, I truly misunderstood the meaning of 'burger', nigh, words cannot even begin to describe the true taste of a zinger burger. Upon viewing advertisements of this fine establishment, I merely thought this place was a greasy burger joint in Gawler. My judgment was severely incorrect and I believe in a heaven now. Not one of gods, but of delicious juicy meat, cheesey cheese and beautiful burger buns.
Upon entry the friendly staff noticed I was a new comer and directed me to a table and told me to order when I was ready. I approached the counter and received a friendly greeting and I was told how to order my future wife in burger form that I would make love to. The cooking and service of my burger was quick and before me I saw an assembly if fine ingredients that had been labelled as the Zinger burger. As if forged by gods, it was beautiful. Upon first bite I was transported to a new world. A world without war, a world where the world was united, a world where a burger was the embodiment of the solution to our sorrowful planets problems. A tear was shed from my eye, the kind of tear you get when you see a happy movie, when you see a beautiful sunset and all in the world seems okay. I finished my burger. A feeling of deep satisfaction that was somewhat tainted with the sadness of finishing such a specimen of burger. I would like to thank KFC For this amazing experience that I will remember for eternity and in my future lives if I am reincarnated. God speed to the Zinger Burger. You have surpassed the burger hall of fame and will continue to climb in fame...

It was hard to order because there is no menu board until you get to the first service window, but then it was difficult to see that due to the reflection from the glass. It was a little better at the second window because the menu board was a lot closer. It may be easier to read at different times of the day, but as it was, I felt rushed as I was holding up the queue taking so long trying to see what to order. Management need to take this into consideration so customers can have an idea of what they want before they get to the service window, not just a daggy, dilapidated banner of some offer that finished hours earlier.
Unlike I've read on other reviews, the chicken was cooked (unlike Drakes Gawler who sell under-cooked, almost raw chicken), in fact it was cooked so much, some of it was like eating chicken jerky.
No serviettes, wet or dry, no spoon to eat the mashed potato and gravy, customers shouldn't have to ask for these, it should be either standard with every order or the customer should at least be asked if they'd like one. The single use ban on plastic cutlery doesn't start until 1 March 2021, so not reason not to provide a spoon for the potato...
Read moreHonestly giving this KFC a 1 star rating is even a stretch, I previously had given it 2 stars before going in with a friend, the food is good as far as KFC stores go, but the staff are rude and shouldn't be hired honestly... let me explain however- so when I arrived at the store i sat down with my friend and ordered online and checked in. 30 minutes went by and so did about 10 orders and it still showed my order on the board as still being prepared, so I went up to the counter and asked how much longer it was going to be (keep in mind I asked, when the store was empty and my order was the only one on the board) the 'manager' assuming it was the manager came over and started having a go at me saying the staff had been yelling out my name for 20 minutes yet apparently me and my friend didn't hear it in the empty store, the manager then continued to blame me for wasting peoples time and being a difficult customer, got my order, and it was wrong and had wrong food in it, so I just left.
(On the online order for KFC I provided both my phone number and email for them to contact me if they couldn't instore) Were obviously too lazy or ignorant to use...
