Rudeness to the maximum!!

The owner/manager clearly lacks in customer service. Do not waste your money at this business.

In all fairness, we purchased 4 pretzels, Pepperoni, plain cheese, salted caramel and cinnamon. 3 of the pretzels tasted delicious but stay away from the 'salted caramel'. In my opinion it is disgusting with the salt being way too overpowering that I couldn't eat it.

I went back to tell the owner/manager that the pretzel didn't taste right and asked if I could exchange it for a different pretzel. She flat out refused and was extremely rude. Being that we spent close to $40 and that I carefully choose my words and was polite (I believe in treating people how I'd like to be treated) didn't even matter to her.

Terrible customer service served by the older man with dark skin. I went to the marion store today with my nine year old brother and my boyfriend. We ordered two pretzels which we were told we had to wait for one of them as it was being baked. After waiting 15 minutes we were handed one pretzel. I asked the man with dark skin if I could grab the second pretzel we paid for and he insisted he had given it to us. I showed the man the ONE pretzel we had received and that I had paid for two but he continue to say he had already given us the two. the pretzels here are genuinely my fav food on earth. I would eat them 24/7 and if possible have a pretzel mania themed birthday party, IF the staff weren’t so frustrating. Every time i order I mentally prepare myself to be as absolutely polite as possible to ensure they don’t f with my order. rudest people ever. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD IF I LOOK YOU IN THE EYE AND ASK FOR GARLIC BUTTER AND PARMESAN (WITH A SMILE) GIVE IT TO ME!!!!!!
