Extremely poor quality of food coming out of the kitchen. Called the staff, they said, thats how food comes out of the kitchen. Tandoori chicken charred, with soot on it. Complete health hazard.
Update Current response from the owner is to remake the food. Their original response while i was on call with them was, "Go and complain through uber eats." I told them explicitly, I am hospitality professional, I do not like belittling restaurants, so could you do something about the food and they repeated the rant " Go and complain to uber." What appalling customer service and pathetic quality of food.
Some update about the food which was missing from the initial review: Butter naan: Tender on one side, charred, jet black on the other Paneer tikka masala: they have no clue about which ingredients go into making PTM. Raw quarter tomatoes, charred capsicum, rock hard paneer, and uncooked onion is their PTM recipe. The chef should quit immediately. The last few time we ordered home delivery the quality has declined and the waiting time is a joke . We were told 50 minutes and after 6 phone calls to them it arrived nearly 2 hours to be delivered. Cold . Awful nann bread as it was soggy . And all curries were cold and poor in flavor . The owner hung up the phone on us twice . The driver was very professional and calm . Over the past year, I have noticed a significant decline in their professionalism and rudeness when taking orders over the phone. It seems as though they are conducting experiments with customers' food to train their preparation chefs, and when customers call back to address any issues with their order, they respond in a rude manner and deny any requests for replacements. The overall standards of this restaurant have certainly deteriorated, and it is disheartening to witness this decline in quality.
