Adelaide Pavilion — Attraction in Adelaide

The Adelaide Pavilion has recently hosted my wedding of 180. They were absolutely spectacular, I could not be happier with the service prior to and on the actual event date. Kara, the coordinator there, was phenomenal. By far my favorite vendor to deal with. She was extremely helpful on the day where everything was stress free, not to mention a year prior to the event, where she was always very easy to reach and would respond almost immediately with answers to my questions or helpful suggestions. The venue it self was absolutely stunning, the windows and the gardens, inside was spectacular. I had what I thought a complicated set up, however the coordinators and staff at the Pavilion set everything up better than I ever could have. Our wedding had a large number of European guests, who enjoy food and lots of it, and that was sensational. We had canapes and antipasto's and entree's and mains. Every one got to select their meal and they could not be happier with not only the quality, but also the portion size, which was above average. We recently had our wedding at the Pavilion and it was simply incredible. Everything on the night was spectacular; the set up looked like something out of a fairytale, the food was phenomenal (every single menu item was a hit) and the service on point! Our guests could not have been more appreciative.

We were in the Parkview room and had around 160 guests + a 9 piece live band and there was ample room for dancing and moving about. The team have a series of recommended table arrangements; making it easy to find something that effectively suits your event's numbers.

Our experience with the event coordinators was great too; communication was always timely and transparent to the point where there was no stress or worry for us during any time of the planning process. Excellent professionalism throughout!

I would highly suggest using their recommended vendors for interior decorations etc as they're all seasoned veterans and it makes the entire process seamless. My husband and I just had our wedding reception here at the Adelaide Pavilion about a month ago now. It couldn't have gone any better!!

The location was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious and the team was absolutely incredible with great service.

And Kara ... now she is one of the best event coordinators I have ever met. She made my dream reception! She listened to all my wants and needs for the reception and not only that she always looked to ME for the final call on anything. Even though our wedding was a bit more of an odd ball (was an Indian/bollywood style reception), Kara was able to make everything work exactly how we dreamed it would be.
