Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill — Restaurant in Adelaide

No prices on display for the drinks and the jarritos are now $6.50!!! We ordered a burrito bowl which they messed up and attempted to give us a burrito instead. They fixed that. We then became aware there is a $1.20 surcharge per bowl!! One of us was charged this, the other wasn't. How can you justify this??? They would be making money on those containers. You don't get a take away pizza or a takeaway at Maccas and get a separate charge for the packaging. Outrageous. Build the price in if you have to charge it so you don't P people off. And we never even saw the reference to a charge for bowls tucked up the top of the menu. Till it was too late. Staff were indifferent to our complaint. The staff member said "I am not the owner". I was there at 10:57 am on a sunday 16/03/2025 . First of all the person just tried to ignore me by trying his level best to avoid eye contact. No good morning or anything, I went and asked him are you guys open. He said no, in a few minutes. I was like when, he said 11 am. He just wanted me to go away. 3 minutes to opening he could have just to me "hi we will open in a few minutes, and stuff like that" just to be polite . But instead he was just busy with counting coins. I get it working on a Sunday morning sucks, but thats not how you should interact with customers. Because even if I want to I would never ever go to this place again. Just with a little kindness you can retain so many customers. Don't get me wrong the food is good. But I will never go back to this place because of the ruthless behaviour. I hope you guys can improve...

Very rude service. Don’t have any knowledge how to deal with customers. I asked for nachos with veggies and guacamole and sour cream. She gave me corn chips and with sour sauce not even sour cream. I raised this and she is giving me explanations not even apologised and saying other lady look order I can help anything. I said I am not having this and returned. She denied to make new one also refunding.

All I want to say is before you order confirm your order. We ask for any meal deal she said yes, and you can see on the receipts she charged 8:45 just for chips and drinks. Chips are very small. Can see in picture. We paid 40$ ended up eating chips and drink. Waste...
