Very poor customer service.

I called in restaurant regarding a curry and wanted to confirm the price. Never placed the order!! But some guy name Surinder or something called me after the restaurant opening hours from a personal number. He started with are you coming to pick your food or not? I told him that I never confirmed that I'm placing a order, I only called regarding a query I had. I can't come now because I'm stuck at work. He said that he is going to close the tills not so he wanted me to pay for the food which I'm not even packing up. He asked me to give my card details to him over the phone. Then this guy starting giving me a lecture about how the restaurant work and they are not running after taking my card details for just $30. Very rude and unprofessional It turns out it was the restaurant owner who called me. And once I reviewed their restaurant he texted me again. It's that's how they treat their customers really bad experience. You shouldn't be in the business I'd you don't know how to talk to...

Highly unskilled and unprofessional staff. I had the misfortune of dealing with the customer service rep today at BI express and I was absolutely appalled by the level of service I received. I called to inquire about a product I had purchased, and the representative I spoke to was rude, condescending, and abusive. I asked him very politely about my order that why didn’t you follow the instructions provided he revealed all the unprofessionalism that he had gathered over the years and they said can’t do it until or unless I am physically not there and giving them instructions . So people who order takeaway through Uber or any other way they can’t provide instructions and expect them to follow.

I would highly recommend BI to give them a few lessons on customer service because customer service at it’s absolute...

I would not recommend anyone to come here rather if you want to eat just rice and curry. It's been more than twice I wanted to have something but it says either it is not available or it will take more time. They give the best vegetarian wrap in Adelaide, that is the reason I come here. But they are not anymore serving nor they are having any customer service skills. I work at petrol station and I know how it works, even if you don't have any product or food, many options are there to ask a customer if they like any. The team member here are not even asking for time to make the food I asked for. The only thing is know is not to come again not to recommend...
