Shandiz Restaurant رستوران شاندیز — Restaurant in Adelaide

I’ve ordered from Shandiz Restaurant several times in the past and usually enjoyed the food. On this occasion, however, I was quite disappointed. While the chicken kebabs were excellent as always—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—the minced meat kebabs were a completely different story. They were dry, tough to chew, had an odd smell, and seemed undercooked, which was very concerning and unlike previous experiences.

I reached out to the restaurant to share my concerns, but unfortunately, they stated they do not offer refunds. I found this response disappointing and felt my complaint was not taken seriously.

Based on this experience, I’m reluctant to order from Shandiz again. Consistency and customer service are just as important as food quality, and sadly, both were...

I'm not religious, but Shandiz food made me feel like I have died and woken up in heaven. Food there is heavenly!! One of the best meals I have had in my life and I have travelled a lot and enjoyed some beautiful meals. Their Signature Barg Kebab just melt in mouth and I could eat them every single day for the rest of my life. Chicken was cooked to perfection. I don't even like lamb, but their lamb is amazing! The rice and dips - can't fault them neither!

All the staff working tonight was very polite and friendly too. Please do yourself a favour and enjoy Shandiz at least once in your life....

Absolutely pathetic, ordered on the phone to pick up my food. Called in advance to see if food was ready, man at the counter said 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and asked how much longer and he said it’s still getting ready. Had something to do so I left to come back and get my food. Come to find out that the man had given my order to someone else because I “wasn’t there”. Staff need to be trained for customer service. Never seen such arrogant people in my life thinking they are all that. Never going back to this absolute horrid place they call...
