I've popped in to Spill The Beans on and off for a few months and after visiting today needed to leave a review.

The place is gorgeous, with outdoor seating in a quiet area and the inside is really nice.

The outdoors area seems to be dog friendly!

Each time we've ordered food it has been so good and there are so many more dishes I'd love to try! At the time there was a list of where some ingredients were sourced from and it was great to see SA providers.

Every single time their coffee has been perfect. I love iced lattes and they've always been perfect and my friends who I've gone with have had the dirty chai (today it came with latte art of a cute rabbit on top!!!) and have tried smoothies and have always said they're amazing.

More than anything their customer service is incredible. Every time we've shown up they've remembered us and seemed happy to see us and had a chat, and when you sit in they're equally as lovely to anyone who walks in the doors. They're incredible and even if their food and coffee WASN'T top notch, which it absolutely is I'd still recommend them based on how incredibly sweet and lovely they are.

We've gone to other places in the area but Spill The Beans always remains...

Spill the brekky, breakfast undercooked and cold. Check out girl was abrupt when discussed the breakfast, offered second breakfast which was not much better. Extras we paid for were a waste of money too, hash browns were terrible, oily and hardly any potato, very thin and crusty. Photo is of “second” breakfast, bacon was still raw in parts as well as chorizo, could not eat it and both husband and I felt sick in the stomach. Worst place I’ve ever been for breakfast. Such a disappointment. It’s a busy place for coffee it seems and sweets. New owners as previous time we came it was a lovely atmosphere and generous portions, and different staff. So much money wasted. Booking for 8 am, did not eat our “second” breakfast till after 9 am.

In response to owner: Our child is not to blame for cold undercooked food. Thank you for clarifying the times. Apologies, over $80...

Tried to book for brunch online - no one answers the phone or responds to messages so eventually had to present in person to book. That should have been my first clue. Still, decided to brunch here. Had to wait for nearly 2 hours for food to arrive. One person at our table had completely finished by the time everyone else’s meals arrived. One of us had inedible hard burnt bread and raw bacon. What has happened to this cafe? Used to be amazing! They truly need to look at their work flows and organisation as it is really...

When we say hidden gem we definitely mean it when we're talking about Spill the Beans at Linden Park. Nestled amongst a small shopping centre this place serves up some of the best brunch dishes I've tried. You can tell the chef puts a lot of thought and love into every dish. I tried quite a few items on the menu and it was hard to pick a favourite. I loved the flavours and taste combinations of every  dish. The fried chicken was excellent. Cooked perfectly and so crunchy! You can order it as an add-on on a few dishes. The soba noodles was a stand out as well as the chilli scrambled eggs. The crepes were really good too! They weren't overly sweet which is how I like them. I was full by the time they came out and was only going to have a small bite but....they were so good I ate half of the plate! For those that need gluten free these crepes are for you. Basically whatever you choose you won't be disappointed! The staff are so friendly and helpful which adds to an already great experience! Food: Spill the Breaky - eggs your way, chorizo,  bacon, candied balsamic mushrooms, roasted tomatoes with tomato chutney sauce on rye bread Fried Chicken Waffle - crumbed chicken breast, crispy waffle, bacon, tomato salsa, maple syrup, mixed greens Cold Soba Noodles - buckwheat noodles with Konbu Tsuyu sauce, edamame, shredded carrots, toasted sesame seeds, cucumber, sweet corn, spring onion, hard-boiled free-range egg with added crumbed chicken Chilli Scrambled Eggs - soft scrambled free- range eggs, chorizo, fried onion, continental parsley, red chillies, house-made sriracha mayo on ciabatta Caesar Salad - cos lettuce, house croutons, avocado, creamy Caesar, hard-boiled free-range egg, shaved parmesan cheese with added fried chicken Chips with housemade garlic aioli French Crepes - three French crepes served with seasonal fruits, maple syrup and Tweedvale cream #foodie #foodporn #foodcoma #Adelaide #adelaidefoodie #adelaidefood #temptingpalates

I had a wonderful brunch here! Since I'm on a Keto diet and couldn't order from the regular menu, the staff were incredibly helpful in creating a custom meal for me. They were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The coffee was excellent as well! Once I finish my Keto diet, I’m definitely coming back to try the regular menu. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone who loves exploring new brunch spots. A must-visit!
