The female worker did not want to serve. There were no other customers, went in for chips and she was grumpy and rude as if I ruined her day. I also talked to her on the phone before to order my chips but she just hung up on me when I asked questions about portion sizes and pricing. Extremely rude and unprofessional! I asked her “why are you so rude?” In a normal tone nothing aggressive or anything like that but she told me to get out?? And then tried to touch me to push me so I could get out of the shop so I left. We have been coming here for 6 years and the old owner never did anything like this but the new owner is terrible! So disappointed. Supported our local shops and loved the previous owners and their high quality of customer service and food. A family owned business, the people working there are always warm and friendly. Awesome chips, the best in this area in my opinion, they have that perfect squish to crunch ratio & generously salted. The vegetarian burger is packed to the brim and super tasty. They also have this snazzy trick of pricking the paper the chips are held in with a knife so the steam can release & they don't get soggy on the way home.
