Dear Subway,
I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at Jimy's during my recent visit in subway. I encountered a very rude and unprofessional employee, which left me feeling extremely disappointed.
Throughout the service, this employee displayed considerable impatience towards my inquiries. Not only did they fail to provide effective assistance, the veggie patty was ice cold after it was microwaved ( not sure if it was supposed to be done in a microwave or oven, because we came 3 times a role and it was all done in the bigger oven with the same timing) and it tasted just like its came out from the freezer. From the moment we walked towards the subway bar, we did not feel welcomed from Jimy’s and it seems like she doesn’t value her job and also doesn’t respect us as a customer.
This attitude not only affected my dining experience but also made me consider the whole action that Jimy’s will bring to the subway images.

Joe was incredibly rude, impatient, and unprofessional in his attitude toward me as a customer. I had politely requested my order to be properly toasted and for a sprinkle of cheese, but he declined in a dismissive manner, stating that it wasn’t part of the standard and could not be done. His tone and attitude were completely inappropriate, and he seemed unwilling to accommodate even the simplest customer request.
I was shocked by his behavior and lack of basic customer service skills. It raises serious concerns about how someone with such conduct could hold a managerial position.
This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and reluctant to visit your store again. I believe Joe needs immediate training on how to interact with customers professionally and respectfully.
