Sushi Hub 1-3 Rundle Mall — Restaurant in Adelaide

I have bought a few items from here before in person and had to rely on what was available. Always good quality. Staff when not tired, appreciate those who know their food. In June/July, I ordered delivery from here via Menulog. Yes, it Did take over an hour to deliver But the order was more than $120. The order arrived slightly warm as it should. ALL items had been freshly made and even received a Large Smiley face on one of my order bags with the words "Thank You". I felt very touched by the gesture. Today placed Another Large order. Similar to my first one. It included scallops. Sushi Hub Adelaide took the time to call me and explain that unfortunately their supplier can no longer give them any scallops. Could they substitute with anything else? If no then cancel the order and place a new one. Menulog support was like pulling teeth but they eventually cancelled the order and I have now placed a revised order. Sushi is nice but service is terrible. The man there kept hurrying me when I was just spending a few seconds deciding on what to order. It wasn’t as if I could see the sushi from the back of the line, so I couldn’t decide beforehand. He would bluntly say “is that all” immediately after each choice in sushi. He also asked me to “tell him more sushi”, as I was deciding. This interaction was not at all pleasant. Absolutely disgusting service... I was waiting in line to order they kept looking at everyone else... finally one of the girls asked the man next to me what he would like and he said she was first I said thankyou can I please get 2 x salmon rolls and she said no the lady will serve you next im serving him to the man that just said I was first! I just walked off.... will not be going back here again. Seriously get your service together myself and my kids loved this place but this is the second time it has happened...
