The Green Room has drastically declined. What was once a place for healthy organic meals is now overpriced and disappointing. My recent "$22 kickstart + egg" was a meager smear of avocado, a few pepitas, and cheap bread – unacceptable for that price. If you're going to charge premium prices, serve quality food. The current owners are destroying the community that once cherished The Green Room. Be aware that positive reviews are from the previous ownership. This business doesn't deserve your money; go elsewhere. This isn't a reflection on the employees, but on the owners' failure to maintain standards and quality. This is a great little cafe with a warm feel on a super cold day! Coffee was nice and I was pleasantly surprised to see the VO option on the menu.
Decent sized breakfast and the entire meal (harvest breakfast) was cooked to perfection and really tasty!
EDIT: Addition Went back the next day for a coffee and cake and was super surprised to see a great selection a Vegan cakes on offer as well as Gluten Free and Dairy free. This is a great little cafe if you’re seeking a good Vegan/Vego option.
They also have coconut milk for your coffee, really nice when mixed with the perfect ristretto shot.
