I have now been to Whyld Cafe a few times and I must say I’m impressed… great range of coffee beans and keep cups, good coffee, selection of really yummy pastry options and delicious ham and cheese or ham, cheese and tomato croissants. I’ve been there closer to their closing time, so pastries have been minimal but what we had - raspberry and chocolate pastry and apple and custard with cinnamon, were just delicious (we shared). Lunch partner was impressed with her small iced chai - which they queried whether it would be preferred for spice or creaminess first, but spice was a winner! Read moreExcellent coffee and a great atmosphere in a delightfully light-filled cafe setting. Loved the long black that I had when dining in and the flat white that I had to go.
Whyld serve coffee from Seven Seeds (Melbourne) which they also have for retail along with some brew equipment.
If I was to sum up Whyld in one sentence: straightforward good times and great, super friendly service.

The atmos is top-notch with the baristas casually engaging in friendly banter with the constant flow of customers. Tucked just off Main North Road, this inconspicuous little stop is worth checking out. Well done to the young fellas...
