Jo-Joe's Pizza Alfred Cove — Restaurant in Alfred Cove

Very disappointed with service! JoJo’s has been our local pizza place for over 10 years. For the past year or so I feel the staff have been getting very lazy. Particularly at the end of the night. We’ve found you can’t call within an hour or 2 of closing time otherwise they won’t pick up the phone, close the online ordering system and are unavailable on Uber Eats. I don’t know if it’s so they have time to clean up. If that’s the case they should adjust their opening times. One time i drove down to see if they were open, they were and when the phone rang they just ignored it! It’s not hard to answer the phone and say ‘sorry we aren’t accepting orders’. It’s also ok if the customer questions that statement, as they are meant to be open for another hour. Very confused as to why this has been happening for a while. Jojo’s makes fabulous pizzas, I’m not taking away from that. However the service has gone downhill, I hope this...

WORST PIZZA DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!

Ordered a half and half pizza online along with a chocolate mousse and a 1.5 litre lift drink.. Also wanted it delivered even though I live only 10 minutes-drive away but thought paying the extra $6 would be worth it.

BUT IT WASN'T!!!!!

Being as I ordered it by 5.30pm online (pre-paid), I received a text saying it would take 60mins so I was expecting it around 6.30pm. They didn't arrive till 7.25pm and gave absolutely NO explanation or apology as to why they were an hour late.

Pizza's are ok taste-wise considering the price but they gave me a mousse that tasted as if mould had started to grow on it!!!! Absolutely disgusted! I will NEVER frequent this place again based on the terrible customer service, abysmal dessert and delivery time.

If you say you will be someone by a certain time, be there... else-wise communicate better with your customer!

For the first time I was disappointed! We have been loyal customers for 20years! However, since the original owner is not there anymore things are slipping downwards... New manager: please clean up the place, especially the entrance door!! It is so filthy and disgusting , one does not know where to touch, in order to open it!A bucket of detergent and A lick of paint would not go astray!. The pizzas were ready one time , no gripe there, but the crust was not to the usual accustomed standard , the topping was just heapead up randomly and very oily overall. My seafood variety barely made the grade. Just the random tomatoe sauce, lots of cheap cheese and a handful of mussels thrown on, two minute shrimps could be detected.... Come on!! Pull your socks up, new manager! Train your pizza guys better, and keep the standards, that once made this place so famous and...
