Bonjour Came here for a birthday breakfast for my son and was sooo disappointed. Not one of the five people at our table enjoyed the food or drinks. Milkshakes were terrible and hot drinks served luke warm. Pastries were extremely dry and the small cakes on our breakfast platters had burnt bottoms. If it had not cost what it did then it would have been very comical but we left feeling ripped off for bad quality food. Menu sounded amazing but food not enjoyable. Such a shame. Won’t be returning Edit: in response to you reply. I am not sure what you mean by “ the boards were well eaten” as both boards had more than half the food left. As for the hash browns, it was one hash brown per board for two people cut in half which equals half a hash brown each person. As for the cakes, they may be your best sellers but the ones we received were black (burnt) on the bottom and extremely dry. Further your comment “ checked with manager and chef in site and they did nothing wrong” as we did not cook these ourselves, then whose fault would it be? We also did talk to our wait person on at least two occasions regarding not being happy. We are also human beings and work very hard for our money and don’t like feeling so disappointed after spending that amount of money for a meal none of us enjoyed. I would further add that we never asked for a discount or a refund. We paid for the meal in full. There is no benefit to us to leave an honest review except to share our experience. I also very rarely leave reviews at all, however in this case we were ALL disappointed and as such I wanted to share our experience. Your reply insinuated that the disappointment was our fault as paying customers and your establishment was at no fault. Perhaps you should not be in this business if you can’t accept that on occasion you won’t...

We walked in and sat on an uncleared table, nothing complicated - just had one used glass, one used tissue and some crumbs. I politely requested one of the waitresses to clear the table.

Was really surprised with how it was done. One spray, one wipe which didn’t collect the crumbs but instead pushed them onto our laps. The used tissue was left uncollected in the same spot. Spray spots were not wiped off and still visible on the table. All done with one big unhappy face 🙃

She made it very obvious that she wasn’t happy so we decided to switch to a cleaner table which was recently vacated and wipe it ourselves with tissues. The waitress saw us move and that big unhappy face turned even sulkier. When she came to “clear” our new table, her expression and how she talked to us was just as unpleasant.

If all that passive aggressive behavior was to make us feel unwelcomed - congratulations girl, you succeeded 👏🏼 You must feel good about yourself.

We understand things are busy and are more than happy to wait. Also not expecting to be treated like kings, we just want to eat our meal on a clean table, and be given a basic level of respect.

Disappointed with our experience. Only reason for any star is because the rest of the...

I ordered 5x High Tea boxes online during the week that were picked up today, and they did not meet expectations. The size of the portions were very small, I guess photos on the internet can be deceiving, but also, some of the boxes had burnt pastries which meant that pieces were inedible. The value just wasn’t there and I’m surprised they included burnt items, it was disappointing.

I found the customer service during the order process frustrating. After ordering, I replied to the order confirmation email requesting no butter be spread on the baguettes or croissants when filling, as one of our guests prefers not to have butter. I got a reply saying butter was in the recipe and a special batch of croissants couldn’t be made. I emailed back to clarify, I was only asking for no butter to be spread on the croissant or baguette before filling, e.g. one of the fillings is Ham, Brie and Butter, my preference is no butter.

I got a response saying they understand my request, then provided the email and contact number for the manager of the Praline store and was told to speak to them about my request… surely you could have just forwarded my email, or passed on the...

One of my favourite cafes located on a leafy, safe & lovely part of Mount Pleasant/Ardross. Located below a high rise apartment building & surrounded by quality & gorgeous homes & businesses. With a charming French flair & it has great areas to enjoy outside & inside depending on your preference. Menu is good with a good selection of crepes, pastries, cakes, macarons, coffees, teas & juices. Cabinet displays are filled with delicious pastries & cakes, Staff are friendly & always welcoming. On my last visit with my son yesterday we opted to sit outside with beautiful spring weather. What we ordered : Breakfast Board For One $32 2 eggs your way, toast, butter, bacon, hashbrown, mushrooms, smashed avocado, mini pastry, mini crepes, macaron, jam. (Board for 2 people: $55) Ham & Cheese Crepe (Kids Menu) $9 Eggs On Toast - your way (Kids Menu) $9 Large Mocha (Mug) $7 Premium Apple Juice $10 We will be back again as we really love the atmosphere & surroundings of this place! A great place to chill, relax & people watching.

A secretish hiding gem know mainly to locals of Appley , Pleasant and a growing sub community of pastry tragics who roam the city in search of the best pastries in Perth. It was one of these tragics that recommended , vociferously to try Praline. On one of our obscure runs to purchase haberdashery , we found ourselves here. A delightful location that lends itself perfectly for breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea. Near the river - perfect for coffee, pastry and quiet reflection. We purchased 4 pastries - croissant, cheese stick, madelene and a ferrarro cake ...for the missus. All were winners and we look forwards to other pitstops when in the area. As always, Hana's really enjoy the authentic experience of good quality, baked and made on site with love. We appreciate passion when we see it. Support local .
