Great coffee seriously need to improve food and rotate food.Brought a multigrain ham and cheese toasty Saturday morning which ended up being a white ham and cheese was as tough as boots took it back got replacement which was just as stale wasnt multigrain had 4 grains total in two slices of bread. Read moreI used to live in the area, and, I kid you not, Bean thru was my morning ritual on daily basis. Coffee quality was consistent and service was prompt. I had a couple of chances to get coffee from here throughout this year, and, unfortunately, every single time I was disappointed with both service and quality. Service has slow down significantly, if you order via drive-thru, it takes at least 10 minutes to receive your order, so based on my experience, I managed, that walk-in orders are served quicker. Unsure what happened to the coffee quality, but it seems to be a hit and miss now. For example, upon my recent visit, I got my cappuccino which was warm and had a collapsed foam which is unacceptable for a specialised roaster. I can only suspect my order has been sitting for a quite a few minutes before I picked it up. Reuben toastie was super dry, definitively needed more sauce, so, overall, not the best breakfast to go hey. I hope my constructive feedback will improve your quality and services. The wait is always so long, but usually the good coffee makes up for it. Today the payment didn't go through using my partner's phone. So we tried my phone with a different bank account, still doesn't go through.
After trying multiple times using 2 different accounts and phones, it's obviously an issue on her end and yet she insinuates it's our fault and says "how are we going to fix this?". We suggest going in the store to try to fix the issue, but was met with a condescending and patronizing attitude because we "seemed angry".
