Cave Man BBQ - Armadale — Restaurant in Armadale

We ordered through Uber Eats. The driver wasn’t given the whole order and only dropped half of our order off. I called Caveman BBQ and they said the rest of our order is still on the front counter. We got told it’s Uber eats fault that they didn’t take two bags and that if we wanted our food we would need to come down and pick it up ourselves. ( this was after a 90min wait) No one at Caveman’s BBQ wanted to be accountable for not making sure the Uber Driver took the whole order with them . Very disappointing. They can blame uber all they want but that doesn’t help me to get my order that I just paid $120 to get delivered . Uber are multi nationals and really don’t care. I would have thought that a small business like this would have a better attitude to making sure that the food their customer has ordered from them gets delivered to the customer, no matter what. Why is it so hard for anyone to just go “”sorry we have made a mistake or I’m sorry that the uber company stuffed up , we will stand by our own brand of service and we will either get one of our staff to run that straight up to you or order another uber driver to drop that off””. For the sake of paying $20 to another uber driver or one of your staff to fix up the mistake. I was just told it’s not our fault and you’ll have to sort it...

The food was amazing! We ordered a bunch of different burgers and loaded fries. The portion sizes were very generous, the food very tasty and very filling as well. It is awesome to have a local high quality burger option now. We ordered online very close to closing time which made me feel really bad as I used to work at a takeaway place and getting a huge order near closing is really annoying, so to the staff: I am really sorry I did that to you! I was really hungry! But you guys did an amazing job and you definitely have us as repeat customers now! It is going to be one of our favourite places to order from now on. Really generous chips portion, very tasty and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Burgers were so tasty, great buns, great patty, cheese that you can actually taste. Amazing...

I’ve been meaning to visit Caveman BBQ for a while. Finally took the chance to go for dinner last night.

We arrived to a cosy diner style set up. I ordered the Bow Chicken Wow Wow, my wife ordered the brisket philly cheese steak and my daughter ordered the Dino nuggets.

Food arrived at a reasonable time.

The burger I ate had fresh ingredients, loved the softly toasted texture and taste of the potato brioche bun. The chicken combined with the maple bacon and other ingredients were melt in your mouth goodness. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and friendly service. Reasonably priced too when compared with other gourmet burger...
