Hungry Jack's Burgers Armadale — Restaurant in Armadale

I guess we were a bit suspicious as to why this HJ’s was so empty at 10am on a Saturday but we sure found out why! We made an order on the app and went to collect in store. The frozen coke machine was broken which is fine, so they said they would swap for a small hot chocolate, no worries. 15 minutes later my husband calls and asks if everything’s okay, but I’m just waiting for my order! First it was waiting on the eggs, then the hash browns. All good. Even though the entire place is bare-bones empty, everyone working looked super young so I get it. Finally, after nearly 30 minutes, I get the food, and honestly it’s the worst take-out I’ve ever had. We ordered the breakfast wrap deal with two hash browns each, and don’t get me wrong the hash browns were honestly amazing but the wraps were truly awful. When I went to take the food out to where my husband and child were near the playground there was mess everywhere too. And they forgot my hot chocolate so I had to go back in and get it. If we had no plans and hadn’t already wasted half an hour on the food, we probably would have just taken it back, but at this point we were hungry and barely had time to eat as it were. Trying to be understanding but when coupled with the slow service and bad food, it really was the cherry on top for worst HJ’s experience ever. I honestly have never been so disappointed with the service I received tonight from Hungry Jack's Armadale. I drive into the speaker box and order later to wait 10mins for someone to approach me and tell me "I'm sorry I forgot about you". I understand they are busy and I order my shake and win chicken grilled burger. Soon to realise when I reach home that its raw! I call the store as soon as I realise im eating raw meat and they don't answer. I'm pretty sure this is against health regulations to be giving customers raw meat! All i can honestly say is i would have been happy to wait extra 5mins if it took them to cook the meal rather than cook it in a rush and feed my raw meat. If I hadn't had realised it was raw and ate it. My health would have been been worse and I more likely to get food poisoning. I demand that they apologise to me and not only this to take action to what quality food they give their customers.

Honestly lost for words man.. i work in carousel and I go across to road for Hj's all the time with my partner. But I think now im gonna have to think twice before entering another...

Have you ever been out on the road, a full morning of things to do, gotten to 1030 and thought "I could eat"...?

Well, if you can eat, you're in luck, because this place makes food, and makes it well.

On top of that, their drive thru service was exemplary - we had a wait for our food, but they upgraded our fries (which were fresh, hot and salty - perfecto), and they were so friendly and helpful.

Now, in all honesty, we only ordered nuggets and chips, but sweet mother of monkey milk, can these folks cook nuggets and chips (and you're talking to a man who had nuggets and chips for dinner at his wedding reception).

Anyway, if nuggets and chips are your thing, this is the place.
