Honestly avoid on busy days. Having read some other complaints it has not improved the Customer excellence or food service as stated from Rebecca. My daughter order her food and overheard from staff talking to each other that there was no chicken pieces ready....which obviously meant a delay in orders being filled...her order had No chicken pieces in it, so after waiting 25 - 30 min a staff member then advised that there were no Zinger fillets for her burgers. We asked for a refund and my daughter left as she needed to be on the road. I then waited for my order which was over 25 mins only to receive a cold wrap and half cold half filled chips. I am sorry that I didn't ask for refund as well as I could have bought decent good food elsewhere. Seriously your back staff need to communicate to front staff of food outages so that customers are fully aware of time they may have to wait. Not telling customers is extremely bad management and awful customer service. Please do not comment that you are going to provide good service as it obviously hasn't been...

This place is a disgrace. The $2 chips are just horrible, soggy, tasteless because they cook it and keep it on the hotbox all day until people turn up. Same go with the chicken, you'll never get a freshly cooked all chicken bits are overcooked and kept hot in that hotbox. To me it looks like they don't care about any safety concern as long as they sell their chicken. Be warned on cheap Tuesday deal, there's always a big line up and you'll have to wait over 45min to get something while their chips keeps cooking in their hotbox until they serve it to you. I have seen many people walking away because they ran out of original or zinger after waiting for such a long time because they serve the drive thru first. They mostly employ junior so most of them mess up with the order, I ended up twice with a 9 pieces box zinger while asking for an original recipe. LITERALLY HOPELESS. Yes I can say that I worked in KFC for 6 years, I wasn't perfect I made mistakes. But jeez your store is ruining the reputation of ALL KFC'S across North Queensland. Your staff and managers have no respect for customer service let alone have a care in the world about doing what they are there to do. The store had like no food and substituted with measly bits. Staff were completely lazy and had no care, was the only customer waiting and waited 20 mins for food they said they had because they had nothing else we wanted, got the food and pretty much everything was cold, the fillets on the burgers were almost stone cold, the chips were soggy and cold, no potato and gravy, just horrible lazy (example of bludgers) staff.
