Red Rooster Ayr — Restaurant in Ayr

Since moving to the area nearly 2yrs ago this is my go to Fast Food.. Definitely better than the others for food wise and friendly, helpful service.. I accidentally ordered twice through my Red Rooster app on my credit card by accident and rang the store and got to speak to Lachlan when I realised my mistake.. I had two options get money back or he'll make a note of it to everyone, then I can get that other order at a later date.. I chose at a later date only because I love their food and he was so understanding.....

Some constructive feedback. We ordered a red box, they had no fried chicken, but we were still sold the box and charged full price for it. Chips and chicken tenders were warm and soggy, obviously sitting there for a while. To be totally fair, the rippa sub was decent, and admittedly we came close to closing time, but the quality of food and service should be consistent whatever time of day it is. Especially selling us an item that is only partially delivered (red box). Unfortunately won't...

I ordered a meal from Ayr red rooster delivered to my address and it was incorrect so I rang up to let them know about it and they told me I have to drive to Ayr and change it and then I said aren't you ment to deliver it since I payed for delivery and they hang up and wont answer l. Wow how unprofessional of a business to do this. will definitely be doing...
